**What do you like best about Workstars?**

I use Workstars to recognize colleagues, and I really like how easy it is to use. I appreciate that there are so many great shops where you can redeem your points. Their support is fantastic; the team is quick to respond, genuinely eager to help, and proactive in ensuring everything works perfectly. The initial setup as an employee was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Workstars?**

I don't like that you have to log in to an additional website to redeem some vouchers. I personally don't want to sign up on an additional website just to be able to redeem points.

**What problems is Workstars solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workstars to recognize colleagues, providing them with points they can redeem for vouchers at different stores.

**What do you like best about Workstars?**

the ability to:
- recognize my teams and other company members efforts and contributions
- review other managers/users feedback to members and comment on the same, e.g. give likes or verbal comments
- incentivize special efforts of the teams with perks and financial reward
- the support from the team in case of questions or issues was usually fast and effective

**What do you dislike about Workstars?**

- seeing weekly or monthly summarize of my teams engagement would be helpful to keep track over incremental recognitions given; I currently export at the end of the month these summary values to excel to keep track of them; this would make the integration into team reporting or team goals easier
- similar is valid for the team network function, which only gives the current snapshot, however, it would be nice to see a slider implemented to slide on a weekly basis to see change in the teams structure.
- the ability to give perks outside of my team too, as I can currently only give perks to my direct reports, but not to members outside of my team *they can only receive financial rewards)
- with respect of 'ease of use', the main functionality to give recongition and see others is easy to use, however, functionalities like 'cross team' or 'financial' or not intuitive and I still struggle to understand the value they bring.

**What problems is Workstars solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Major benefit is that it is a mean for me to track recognition within my team in context of our teams "Gallup Action planning" as part of an overall engagement strategy to improve recognition.
It allows me to track team members, and the teams total engagements with respect to recognition.
As a manager it also allows me a small budget to allocate to team members as part of special recognition for outstanding work.

Recognition through a practical Perk system that really makes the employee believes that their supervisers , managers and their organization values them and their work

Nothing big but maybe some kind of encouragement would be welcome for the perk givers to give perks more generously

Being a manager, it helps my team

I also like the provision in the platform for peer to peer recognition.

It is very useful to be able to give recognition to colleagues. This platform offers a great and seamless opportunity to do so.

It's not immediately obvious how financial rewards are meant to be given. However, the instructional video provided clear guidance.

Gives me, the user, an oppourtunity to give public recognition to my colleagues. The list of rewards available is also quite vast and useful.

**What do you like best about Workstars?**

From the moment I booked the Demo, it has been such a simple process - Andy has been extremely helpful and patient in answering all my questions and explaining the platform to me. Workstars is really a wonderful cloud based platform where employee recognition and rewarding is made simple. It is easy to set up, implement and use. There is so much you can add/remove depending on your business requirements.

**What do you dislike about Workstars?**

So far, there has been no issues and nothing that I or the team do not like. It truly is an amazing platform that is user friendly, easy to adjust and implement.

**What problems is Workstars solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Employee recognition is a key part of employee retention in a workplace - whilst a thank you goes a long way, Workstars helps to recognise employees on a platform that is visible to everyone, it helps track recognition from management, and allows for rewards and perks to be monitored and tracked.

It is an effective tool to recognize the values ​​and work of my colleagues and work team.

The comments I made for them are public so anyone within the organization can see them and join the recognition if they share the same feeling.

The platform is friendly, however sometimes the connection between the page and the GIF services is lost

Sometimes there is no way to publicly recognize a colleague, this platform facilitates this, giving the possibility of doing so at any time.

My favorite thing about Workstars is that it is a recognition platform that can be used by all staff to recognize all staff.  I appreciate the abilty to modify our page to include our workplace values and service standards.

I really like using Bravo! It's a great way to show some public appreciation to our coworkers and teammates. It's very easy to use, I find myself opening Bravo at the start of my day, expecting to have someone to shout out.

Workstars enables the user to view and redeem the recognitions or perks received. It has a seamless user experience and gets effortless access to the information on recognitions.

The user interface could be enhanced a bit. Otherwise, it's fantastic and easy to use.

Workstars motivate the employees to work harder as it shows all the recognitions received by the employer that can be used for various purposes. It keeps the morale up for everyone.

I like to see how my other teamakes are making a difference for the greatness of the affiliate. Especially when you are being recognized yourself. Definitley makes you feel acknowledged. I enjoy the number of features, my favorite is customizing my own avatar.

So far I havn't ran into any issues with workstars. It is very easy to use.

Some of the options chosen mean the same thing. For example there are many perks that all mean leave a few hours early, but just have a different title.

I have been on many calls with our workstar Sales Director, Andrew and from day one, he has been extremely helpful, patient and always available to answer any questions. We were in the process of comparing other companies but based on the way Andrew delivered the material to us, we were sold from day one.

**What do you dislike about Workstars?**

N/A - we haven't started using it as of yet as still in implementation but from the presentations and Andrew showing us how it works, it looks like it will be a great platform to be using.

Workstars will be solving our current outdated employee recognition platform, where we currently do the majority manually and have limitations on what can be provided. Workstars will be a great platform for our colleagues to use and hopefully get them socialising with eachother slightly more and recognising/appreciating all that people do.

**What do you like best about Workstars?**

Receiving an acknowledgment through Workstars can mean everything, especially during a frustrating time in your job. Knowing your work is noticed and appreciated can be the difference between staying in your position or looking for a different job!

**What do you dislike about Workstars?**

Not exactly sure how to use the program or redeem rewards. Have not seen instructions for this. Don't know what the quarterly recognition is about or how to receive it.  Many coworkers are just trying to keep up with their job duties.  What incentive is there for them to recognize someone?  If they didn't grow up being recognized, they wouldn't do it as an adult; unless they are taught.  The easiest way to teach is through incentives or competition.

I don't know the answer to this question.  I've been given access to Workstars to recognize a coworker or receive recognition from someone. That is all I know. It would be great to have a powerpoint explaining more about the program and why we have it to use.

**What do you like best about Workstars?**

Workstars makes the rewards and recognition process seamless. I love how well the system is structured, making it very easy to engage employees and foster a positive and supportive work environment. As a remote-first company, our employees have never been more connected. On top of that, the implementation process and ongoing customer support have been nothing short of outstanding. The system itself is very user-friendly and administration is straightforward. When I've had to speak with the Workstars team, everyone has been friendly, professional, and quick to respond.

**What do you dislike about Workstars?**

I have very few complaints. The only issue that has come up a couple of times on the user side is the amount of control the user has over the content they post. We have had a few errors when people post comments on recognition, but they cannot delete or edit it themselves. However, users can reach out directly to support and have it resolved promptly.

**What problems is Workstars solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Workstars, we manually handled any recognition (and related rewards). Workstars automated this entire process for us and then some. Using Workstars has solved the problem of time, consistency, and tracking. It has also made it so that the recognition is tied to our company core values and thus reinforced the culture we are trying to foster.

That you are free to express yourself to congratulate a coworker... also, monetary recognition is the best... I already exchanged a gift card at a shoe store and it was amazing.

I see no downsides, on the contrary, as I said, it is an excellent way to recognize our team as well as our colleagues. Truly, month after month we look forward to how they congratulate us.

I think that far from solving it, it gives you that motivational push that every employee needs. It's important that we all feel valued in our jobs, and this is an excellent way to do it.

**What do you like best about Workstars?**

Workstars is an intuitive system for end users, which is one of the best things about it! Recognitions can be given with or without reward, depending on how you administer budgets for your users. Users can also interact with recognitions on the wall to see how their coworkers are going the extra mile for each other and customers. It provides transparency in the recognition process, which our R&R program lacked before using Workstars.

**What do you dislike about Workstars?**

We did a SWOT analysis of our current R&R program and did vendor selection based upon those lessons learned; so far, Workstars has hit all the major items we were looking to improve and then some!

**What problems is Workstars solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Social interactions with recognition- Inspires a culture of recognition
Digital platform- Easy to recognize and reward each other
Company awards- Nomination and voting features allow transparency of "winners" in the company
Reward budgets- The controls for budgetary use enabled us to give everyone a budget, not only "manager" level employees

Workstars was easy to set up and the team were really helpful with any questions I had. We loved the different perk and financial options, with loads of vouchers available!

**What do you dislike about Workstars?**

So far, the only small downside to Workstars has been that vouchers start at £5 and can only be used in certain increments (e.g. £5, £10 etc.) this means if you had £8 worth of rewards you wouldn't be able to redeem it all straight away.

**What problems is Workstars solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workstars is a great way to reward employees for their work and we feel the financial reward will encourage the team to continue working hard and improving processes/the business. We are also planning to use it for birthdays which will automate the process for us.

I like that it allows coworkers to recognize and award other coworkers, which is not very common in the workplace. This makes coworkers feel appreciated and valued.

Overall, Workstars is very helpful. However, I believe that an area of opportunity would be to change the time frame from one month to two months. Sometimes it can feel like a chore to review coworkers so often. If the time is extended, it will feel less like a chore and more like an opportunity to reward our coworkers.

Before Workstars, we felt that there was a lack of recognition. This platform has helped the employees feel praised and valued.

I like that it is easy to access, I can quickly add a sentence about a colleague so their manager and others can see it, and I can do this in the moment - I don't have to wait or remember when colleagues have helped me. It is very easy to use with drop-down boxes to find colleagues' names.

**What do you dislike about Workstars?**

The only thing I have a problem with is when I have to choose just one of my organisation's values that a colleague is displaying - I think it would be helpful if I was able to add more than one value because on some occasions choosing just one doesn't reflect their work.

It benefits me because although I can say thank you to a colleague in an email, I know that colleagues often have inboxes that a bursting and so may not look at responses. This is a good way to thank a colleague in a slightly more formal way, that their manager can see - and it makes me feel good being able to thank colleagues for their hard work and help in such a quick way.

I had been looking for a kudos platform for a few months, and when I found Workstars, I was shocked. Everything aligned, and the price was right. Andy explained everything so well; it was refreshing. He truly wanted it to be something that worked for our company.

Honestly, I haven't found a dislike yet. Scott & Andy have made the set up easy. I like how we can turn certain features off, but if we want to add them in the future, we can.

They are solving our employee's recognition. We want the employees to be able to praise each other and not only hear it from their managers. I believe by using this application, our culture will shift.

It has taken some time for us to setup, but this is not due to Workstars and rather our own delays due to resourcing, there are few areas to configure, including SSO and HR data, so you need to plan that into your implementation plans

**What problems is Workstars solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping us to enable continuous recognition through an innovative peer-to-peer rewards scheme which makes colleague appreciation frequent, visible, timely and meaningful. We used to have an online form system via the company intranet, Workstars has made the process now very visible and email notifications trigger employees to engage with the platform daily. This helps us attract and retain staff as they see a modern culture of recognition in the business.

Workstars creates a "positive" work environment in our Office.  Being recognized- no matter how small of an achievement can bring a smile to your face.  I like that you can choose from a large selection of Rewards to fit the person that you are recognizing.  I feel like this program is a great incentive for our Employees.

**What do you dislike about Workstars?**

The only downside I see is that the Rewards expire when not used by the employee.  If you have a smaller Staff in your Office, some employees may not be able to use their Rewards promptly.

I love that our employees can see each other and know what the other is doing in their different departments.  We have in -office and remote employees.  It brings EVERYONE together.  Andrew and Scott were great helps setting up and navigating our first few Months!

I have a few stragglers that are not on board yet with signing up.  However,  I feel confident once they are logged in they will love it.

The appearance of the platform, with the feed with your and your coworkers' make it easy to follow. The platform promotes positivity and motivation only and highlights the talent of your team members.

**What do you dislike about Workstars?**

The notifications of the platform come to my business email. I have found it helpful to create a folder for them to directly go into. I do not recall setting the notifications up during account setup. Therefore, I would recommend having a pop-up message for this option during that time! (Dislikes were a required field on this survey. In general, this wouldn't necessarily be a complaint of mine!) All around a truly great platform!

I think that the platform is boosting moral at the company that I work for. In today's work environment, not all employees work in person. This is an awesome way to recognize people that you maybe wouldn't see all the time!
