**What do you like best about WorkReduce Service Desk?**

The best thing about WorkReduce is its ability to provide a comprehensive range of IT support and services. This includes help with desk support, IT infrastructure management, cloud services, Cybersecurity and many more.

**What do you dislike about WorkReduce Service Desk?**

It is a bit expensive compared to other similar products.

**What problems is WorkReduce Service Desk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us, it was beneficial with its desk scalability feature. Regarding limited support,  we could quickly add or remove desks as per requirement. Secondly, for all IT needs, it is a one-stop solution.

Work reduce service desk is best application to use to manage all the ticket’s. It help to manage everything effectively and efficiently. I really like and it's easy to use.

**What do you dislike about WorkReduce Service Desk?**

There is nothing to dislike in easywork service desk. As it is the best available application right now as compared to rest all the competitors available in the market right now.

**What problems is WorkReduce Service Desk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it is best available application which help me solving my ticket related issue. Easy to manage customer queries and easy to check ticket status. Really helpful.

Easy to use, with minimal tabs and featues to get the entire work done.

**What do you dislike about WorkReduce Service Desk?**

We could incoporate some more features in the service desk to help reduce inputting same data across multiple locations for the same output.

**What problems is WorkReduce Service Desk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps reduce the user training since the tool is easy to naviagte and use.
