It saves a lot of time, and for HR, being able to save time like this is honestly one of the best things there is. **What do you dislike about WorkFlex?** I don’t have anything to point out that I dislike. **What problems is WorkFlex solving and how is that benefiting you?** The process of taking care of the PWD, was confusing for us. The PWD, was a problem because we didn’t know exactly when it was needed or where to do it. On top of that, we had to pay extra for a lawyer to handle it, so in this case it actually ended up costing us more money. ### 2. What's particularly great is that we have a direct connection to our OBE so that every international trip is always compliant. As a travel manager, WorkFlex takes a lot of the day-to-day hassle off my hands so I can focus on other tasks. They also offer options for cross-border commuters and VISA applications, which is great. The steps for compliant travel are very clear and easy to follow in the system itself. The communication with the WorkFlex team is also great - they take a lot of time to listen to their customers' concerns and requests. We can also realize current trends such as workations with Workflex, which is gratefully received by our employees. **What do you dislike about WorkFlex?** Initially, the connection to our OBE was a little buggy, but the WorkFlex team responded quickly and reliably and fixed the problems in a short time. The fact that they process requests so fast and get documents ready quickly is super helpful. Plus, the app is easy to use, and the interface is very clear, meeting our expectations perfectly. Everything matched up well with our Personio interface (implementation at all), and we've been able to utilize the data exchange effectively. The blacklist feature is also very useful, and I appreciate that it can be customized to fit specific needs. Our employees use the service of Workfley very frequently. Overall, these aspects make for a very positive experience. **What do you dislike about WorkFlex?** For the moment we are very happy with Workflex. **What problems is WorkFlex solving and how is that benefiting you?** Workflex offers a range of features specifically designed to assist companies in managing mobile work.
