What do you dislike about Workday Financial Management? What I dislike most is that Workday still has room to mature in its Account Reconciliation and Bank Statement Reconciliation capabilities. The native tools don’t fully support more complex reconciliation scenarios, and the processes often require manual steps or workarounds. Seems very consumer user focused - easy to navigate UI. I'm not aware of any integrations, but I've heard it's an expensive software. When we previously considered it, the cost was prohibitive. The absence of functionality for inventory and manufacturing. These are essential for an ERP solution to our organization and without these capabilities, we looked at other solutions.
