"Why I Like Workable!"
5/5
What do you like best about Workable?

Workable makes the recruitment process simple, fast, and collaborative. I particularly appreciate how intuitive the platform is — from posting jobs and reviewing candidates to communicating with hiring managers, everything is streamlined in one place. The automation features save valuable time, and the reporting tools help us track progress and improve our hiring strategy. It’s a reliable and user-friendly solution that genuinely supports our day-to-day recruitment work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workable?

While Workable is overall a strong platform, there are a few areas that could be improved. For example, the reporting and analytics section could offer more customisation and flexibility to suit different business needs. Additionally, sometimes notifications can be a bit overwhelming or repetitive, especially when collaborating across multiple roles. Nonetheless, these are small issues in an otherwise very helpful tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Workable Evaluation"

What do you like best about Workable?

Ease of use of the tool

Integration with LinkedIn

More robust system for active sourcing

Employee Referral Program Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workable?

It is not very intuitive for teams that only speak Portuguese.

Customer support is more aligned with international time zones.

The platform does not allow the creation of confidential job openings or postings restricted to a specific region, institution, or target audience. For instance, it is not possible to generate an exclusive link for a specific school or partner to submit candidates without the job being publicly visible on the careers site.

Lack of advanced filtering within job openings: The platform could benefit from more specific filters within each job posting. Currently, it is not possible to search by keyword or specific term exclusively within the candidate pool of a single job, which makes screening more time-consuming in high-volume processes. "A very fulfilling ATS experience both from the HR and Candidate perspective!"

What do you like best about Workable?

As the Head of the HR function for Bioiatriki Healthcare Group, I have to highlight that transitioning to Workable has significantly streamlined our recruitment process.

The user friendly interface, automated actions, standardized workflows per role interview and job ad templates, and powerful search capabilities integrating AI tools have saved countless hours in screening and scheduling. Furthermore, Workable’s integration with job boards ensures a seamless candidate experience, allowing us to build pipelines of top candidates from diverse talent pools, while the built-in analytics and reports provide valuable insights into our hiring process. I would also like to note that the “hiring plan” add on has significantly streamlined and automated our requisition approval workflows allowing both HR and Functional Heads to participate in the process.

From compliance tracking to collaborative hiring, Workable has proven to be an indispensable tool in helping us attract and retain top talent.

Highly recommended for any HR team looking to modernize their hiring process and remain up to date with current and future trends! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workable?

I can hardly think of an area for improvement as Workable has successfully answered to our needs and wants in relation to the recruitment process. The one thing that comes to mind is the candidate survey capability (measure applicant experience) that can be further improved down the road. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Workable?

Workable streamlines the entire recruitment process with an intuitive interface, powerful sourcing tools, and seamless collaboration across hiring teams. I especially appreciate the ability to customize pipelines, communicate with candidates directly, and track every step of the hiring journey in one place. It makes high-volume hiring and global coordination much more manageable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workable?

While the platform is overall very user-friendly, the reporting dashboard could benefit from more customization options and deeper analytics for long-term metrics like source effectiveness and time-to-hire trends. Additionally, some automation features could be more flexible when managing different time zones and regions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Workable has completely transformed our hiring process and candidate experience!"

What do you like best about Workable?

We've been using Workable for almost 2 years, and it’s become a core part of our recruitment strategy. From the very start, it's clear that Workable was designed with teams like ours in mind — intuitive, ease of implementation, feature‑rich, great candidate sourcing capabilities, and built to scale.

If you’re looking for an applicant tracking system that helps you hire faster, collaborate effortlessly, and grow with confidence, Workable is a standout choice. And when you're supported by an account executive as thoughtful and proactive as Keira Driscoll, it becomes a truly powerful recruitment partner.

Thanks, Workable—and big kudos to Keira for being such a positive force behind our success! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workable?

Reporting filters could be more granular (e.g. candidate application date filters)

Despite these minor issues, the benefits far outweigh them — especially with support from someone like Keira. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Smart, Time-Saving ATS That Delivers Great Talent"
5/5
What do you like best about Workable?

As a Global TA Partner at Master Builders Solutions, I’ve used various ATS platforms, and Workable stands out as one of the most intuitive and effective solutions I’ve encountered. The interface is clean, user-friendly, and easy to navigate—even for team members who aren't tech-savvy.

What truly sets Workable apart is its AI Recruiter and automated workflows, which have significantly cut down my time-to-hire. The automated actions—like candidate screening, email templates, and interview scheduling—are smart and reliable, freeing me up to focus more on strategy and candidate engagement.

It’s also been a game-changer in terms of candidate attraction. We've seen a strong increase in qualified applicants thanks to Workable’s wide distribution network and SEO-optimized job postings.

If you're looking for a scalable, smart ATS that actually makes your job easier, Workable is a solid investment.

"Best ATS on the market!"
5/5
What do you like best about Workable?

I have utilized Workable now at two different employers and both times have been a fantastic experience. From the initial sales outreach to implementation to training my hiring managers on the system, everything is seamless and exciting. Workable is user friendly, for both candidates and managers, modern and easy to navigate. I also love the built in careers page that Workable offers and we have been able to cut down on job postings for various boards because we see more traffic coming through our careers page! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workable?

That it doesn't have a built in background check system - but no other ATS really offers that! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient for Recruiting, but Data Extraction Needs Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about Workable?

Workable is easy to use and intuitive for both recruiters and hiring managers. The interface is clean, and implementation across the team was smooth. As a Data Scientist in a recruitment company, I use Workable daily for administrative tasks and data extraction. The built-in features for tracking candidate pipelines, managing job postings, and reviewing applications are very helpful. I especially appreciate the availability of a public API, which allows us to automate reporting, analyze performance, and integrate recruitment data into our internal dashboards, and the costumer support is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workable?

The main issue I’ve experienced is with data extraction. While there is an export function in the interface, it’s quite slow when dealing with larger datasets. To overcome this, we use Python to extract data via the API, but even then the process takes time due to rate limits and the structure of the endpoints. Also, some useful fields require multiple API calls, which slows down integration. Improving the performance and flexibility of data exports would make a big difference for data teams.
