"Streamlining Employee Feedback Analysis with Word Nerds AI"
What do you like best about Wordnerds?

Word Nerds has significantly enhanced our analysis of employee questions, comments, and feedback for our annual fiscal year kickoff event. What used to be a manual exercise of categorizing and sorting responses into themes has been streamlined into a few simple clicks. The integrated sentiment analysis has eliminated manual reviewer bias, and the ability to add context (and exclusions) helps differentiate key words used to express different concepts and themes. This transformation has turned a multi-resource, weeks-long exercise into a task that takes mere minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wordnerds?

The downloadable data exports could use some tuning as they take some effort to clean up and use efficiently. Contextual themes rely on a minimum data threshold, which may not be feasible for smaller projects based on volume. Additionally, there is no generative AI summary, which I'd hope to see in the product roadmap to augment the quantifiable results the platform is best known for. What do you like best about Wordnerds?

The interface is easy to understand and uploading information is straightforward. The analysis options on the site are strong (particularly Deep Dive) but users can extract data for their own analysis if required. Users can also train our own themes so are not restricted to out of the box options. We are well supported with a dedicated account manager. Wordnerds provides PHS Group with valuable sentiment analysis, which allows us to create actionable insights and continually improve our customer journey. What do you like best about Wordnerds?

Wordnerds makes it incredibly easy to look at qualitative data we receive, particularly from resident surveys. It has given my team increased visibility of what our residents are saying and allows us to act on this feedback to improve our services, so I regularly use the platform. The reporting feature is also very intuitive and helps me sumamrise my findings so I can share this with colleagues.

What do you like best about Wordnerds?

I've been working with Wordnerds since 2019 and cannot thank the team enough for their reliable, fast and super-friendly service. Apart from the regular reports we receive which have substantially grown in its audience reach in TfW over the past and are therfore integral to decision-makers across the organisation, I have been working with the team at Wordnerds in numerous research projects where they have been a trusted partner in analysing qualitative survey results.

What do you like best about Wordnerds?

This is a tool that could be ideal for any company in these times, as it allows to analyze customer comments and provide complete analysis of them to know the reactions of each customer about the company or product launched to the market, it is a solution that has qualified professionals and quite advanced identification systems, its interface does not require more knowledge and its accessibility and adaptability to your brand is very fast. What do you like best about Wordnerds?

As an Insight Executive I use Wordnerds a lot of the time to understand the why behind the data we're seeing. Its a super useful tool to be able to quickly find customers sentiment and volume of conversation around certain topics - which can then be fed into regular reporting or as part of an adhoc project. Nothing major to dislike! We have quarterly sessions with our account manager and we will discuss any positive or negative feedback on the tool. We've been working with Wordnerds since 2019 and have built a strong relationship over that time. Their support has included analysing our social media data and, more recently, our complaints, enquiries and praise from Customer Relations contacts. We also receive tailored periodic reports, which include analysis, trends, and actionable suggestions.
