"Awesome for collecting feedback and testimonials from our customers"

What do you like best about Wispform?

I love the ease of the logic flows, so that I can tailor the questionnaire/survey I send to my customers based on their responses. If they like our product, I found out why and go for testimonials. If they didn't, we try to learn why, so we can improve our product or remedy any issues the customer had. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wispform?

There are some UI improvements I could see helping me review prior surveys more easily. All in all, it has had all the features I need so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Wispform solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Wispform to survey our customers once they are finished using our service. This helps us understand their needs and what they liked and didn't like, etc. The primary benefit has been using these surveys to find the customers that really enjoyed their experience and drive them to writing us short testimonials or reviews during the survey process. What do you like best about Wispform?

I admire the goal and passion of the company of Beautiful forms and surveys in minutes that allows us to create forms and surveys efficiently as well as beautifully for our customers and also for our internal use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wispform?

I think that the product has a brilliant user interface, although if the overall process of creating and sharing the forms with the end-users could be a little less complex and the complexity to add different types of custom fields to the form and validating the same can be a little less complicated and more user friendly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Wispform:

I would strongly recommend the product to others for creating forms and surveys, and even the company offers free tier usage as a trial which can later be upgraded to a premium one for unlocking more features of the product and take out the full potential of the same. It is not only limited to this. We can also add custom fields to the forms and validate them on whatever condition is needed by us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Wispform?

Having used Wispform, for a long time, I can say it offers some of the best features. First, it is so easy to use thanks to well laid out user interface and dashboard

The software offers survey templates which means it is a launch-and-go software

The tool is easy to use, and thanks to the ability to customize forms, you can carry out any survey.

What do you like best about Wispform?

The simplicity of this form builder is the main point of attraction to me. Moreover, the way the application is built is making it user-friendly like I can drag and drop form fields which is quite a flexible feature. Its customer service is also quite a satisfactory one.
