If they like our product, I found out why and go for testimonials. If they didn't, we try to learn why, so we can improve our product or remedy any issues the customer had. **What do you dislike about Wispform?** There are some UI improvements I could see helping me review prior surveys more easily. All in all, it has had all the features I need so far. **What problems is Wispform solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Wispform to survey our customers once they are finished using our service. This helps us understand their needs and what they liked and didn't like, etc. The primary benefit has been using these surveys to find the customers that really enjoyed their experience and drive them to writing us short testimonials or reviews during the survey process. ### 4. It is not only limited to this. We can also add custom fields to the forms and validate them on whatever condition is needed by us. **What problems is Wispform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Overall the product has helped us to create beautiful forms with custom fields and share them with our team members along with our customers to store required information for a short period and also to validate and export them to our database. ### 5.
