**What do you like best about Winsurtech?**

Document Reader API of Winsurtech has been useful in the insurance application management due to the facility of converting different documents into machine readble format. It offered me one basic operation to capture data from any formate of ACORD forms.

**What do you dislike about Winsurtech?**

There has been some fluctuations in the data extracted from various sources occasionally. In ther cases, the API is challenged especially when there are axtra subforms, additional columns or handwritten sections on the form.

**What problems is Winsurtech solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Winsurtech currently handle and automate more than half of the ACORD forms which cuts down drastically our data entry consequently. This means quicker turnaround times, hence more efficiency for our team.

**What do you like best about Winsurtech?**

My insurance business has benefited from Winsurtech’s document reader API. This allows the integration of the extracted data with our systems since the JSON output format is easily usable.

**What do you dislike about Winsurtech?**

I’ve had problem with some of less frequent file types. As it has been mentioned there have been cases of scanned PDFs not being properly interpreted by the API or any older document formats.

**What problems is Winsurtech solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With data extraction, Winsurtech aims at avoiding the problem of time consumption and errors relating to data extraction f rom insurance forms. Through the use of the Winsurtech tool, my team is able to save time since am able to extract data automatically.
