**What do you like best about WidePoint?**

More than anything else I like its end-to-end solution for complete lifecycle management of mobile devices. This encompasses end to end procurement, contract management and also decommissioning of devices at the EOL. The old and new can work together with Outlyer, the system that fits in without lots of IT shop changes. The platform is also built with an easy-to-use interface which simplifies user training and makes it easier for the team to pick up.

**What do you dislike about WidePoint?**

Reporting is not always immediate however and may be slower than we would prefer to allow real time cost assessment.

**What problems is WidePoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are setting up the solution for our colleagues who sit on varied geographies and centralized management is crucial in those areas where we need to manage a lot of devices which needs extensive control over them it has worked very well and also secure.
