**What do you like best about Unduit?**

Unduit made a noticeable different is how we handle offboarding and device recovery. Before using it, this process relied heavily on manual coordination and follow ups. Now, once a workflow is started, everything moves smoothly, from logistics to secure data wiping and final resale or recycling.  I also like how easy it is to understand  what is happening at any point in time.

**What do you dislike about Unduit?**

There are no major pain point from our experience. some teams benefit from additional flexibility in how resale outcomes  ae presented or compared, but this is more of an enhancement than a limitation.

**What problems is Unduit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unduit addresses the uncertainty and risk that often come with managing devices throughout their lifecycle. It secures data during employee exits, ensures throughout their lifecycle. I t secure data during employee exits, ensures accountability through clear tracking and helps organizations recover value from unused equipment.

**What do you like best about Unduit?**

What stands out most about Unduit is how it turns asset data into clear, actionable insight. The platform helps us quickly understand what actions to take across our device fleet, whether it’s prioritizing returns, identifying devices nearing end of life, or optimizing next steps to avoid delays. These insights remove a lot of uncertainty and help the team work more efficiently.
The onboarding experience was also very well handled. The team guided us through setup, aligned the platform with our existing workflows, and made sure everyone was comfortable using it from day one, which made adoption easy.

**What do you dislike about Unduit?**

I don’t have any meaningful complaints so far. The platform performs reliably and meets our needs.

**What problems is Unduit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unduit has centralized how we manage assets and internal requests, replacing scattered emails and manual coordination. Everything now lives in one system with clear ownership, timelines, and visibility. As a result, response times have improved, handoffs are smoother, and our operations feel far more consistent and controlled.

**What do you like best about Unduit?**

Unduit has one the greatest platforms for any kind of recycling need. You wish to send one device? Refresh GO. You wish to purchase your device? Refresh Buy. You wish to send several devices for recycling? BuyBack. You wish to monitor those orders? We have our Manage Orders app!
Hey, and all that hard work, does it have a reward? You have a Wallet app to monitor the profits you made with your devices sent for recycling. It's a win-win situation!
Unduit has partnered with my company for over 7 years, and we couldn't be happier with the results we've been seeing so far.

**What do you dislike about Unduit?**

So far, I haven't found any flaws to point out about them! That's how great they are.

**What problems is Unduit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recycling on our company, avoid sending mobile equipment to a shredder without seeing any of that spent money back. Waste accumulation solved thanks to their BuyBack campaigns.

**What do you like best about Unduit?**

Unduit provides unified, real time visibility across our massive, decentralized mobile device fleet. For a company like The  Home Depot, this centralized platform eliminates spreadsheet chaos minimizes operational downtime by quick, dependable repair logistics and longer access for our store and field teams

**What do you dislike about Unduit?**

The initial deployment and integration required more effort than anticipated, particularly connecting Unduit with our legacy ERP and financial systems for cost allocation

**What problems is Unduit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unduit solves our biggest retail ITAM problem . Lack of asset control across hundreds of stores. It established a single source of truth, drastically improving inventory and audit readiness. By streamlining repair logistics with a loaner pool, we ensure maximum uptime for field services.

**What do you like best about Unduit?**

Saves a ton of time in tracking, it's like a mix between spreadsheets, MDM, and ITAM, integrations and automations. All the important stuff's in 1 place. The remote recovery stuff is the best part, though. We just send out a return link and label and get notified when it’s on the way back. 90% hands off. Also, love the little reminders it sends to end-users, it’s like having a polite robot nag them instead of me

**What do you dislike about Unduit?**

It might be subjective but the UI gets a little cluttered in some places, especially in the asset view. Like there are 6 columns I don’t need and 2 I do, but no way to re-arrange or hide stuff yet. Also wish I could change details for some users even though the data is pulled from integrations.

**What problems is Unduit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Too many things to keep track of especially when there's support tickets to tackle too. I barely have to worry about something going rogue, if it does, it's simply not my headache. Also, I noticed we're getting more devices back during off boardings, so a bunch of value saved + good risk management.

**What do you like best about Unduit?**

Their support teas are AWESOME. Even tho stuff doesn't go wrong often but when something comes up, getting HELPFUL help is so easy. Also I like seeing where and with whom the devices are, most of it is automated and helps me keep proper track.

**What do you dislike about Unduit?**

The layout could be better. I mean they recently made some changes with the in-platform tab features, but there's more to improve, like with the sorting filters.

**What problems is Unduit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to do so many confirmations just to keep track of where each asset is, and devices would go missing every now and then. That has never happened with Unduit, which helped us save so much time and PCs.

**What do you like best about Unduit?**

Unduit guys took care of everything for us allowing us to buy and configure tabs, shipping them, getting them back, storing them and reissuing whenever we want to, without ever having us do any of it except the clicks.

**What do you dislike about Unduit?**

We have to contact support more often than we like to. The ticketing system's good and all, but it could be avoided with more functionalities like advanced inventory filters and views so I don't have to apply filters every time.

**What problems is Unduit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Number of complaints from the end users have reduced significantly since we started using this platform. Also saves a bunch of time and energy, especially when there are so many tickets already.

The best part is the convenience. Our staff devices for repair without long approval chains or paperwork. The platform gives full visibility of repair status, so IT doesn't have to chase vendors anymore.

**What do you dislike about Unduit?**

There's learning curve for first-time users, but once the team familiar, the process become smooth.

**What problems is Unduit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to replace broken tablets and laptops, which costly and wasteful. Now, we send them through Unduit, track everything online, and get them back in good condition. This approach saves money and supports our sustainability goals by extending device life.

**What do you like best about Unduit?**

Moving IT gear around is one thing...But disposing of them can be mess.. Unduit gives us peace of mind with DOD level erasures that also follow our sustainability policies. Really like how sometimes laptops we think nothing more of than recycle material turn out to be worth some 'bonus' dollars...!

**What do you dislike about Unduit?**

Too much going on... which is good but some coherence would be necessary for new user.

**What problems is Unduit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Arranging and wiping each device was a headache.... but it's no more..! really helps with audits with the proper certification too...

It’s more than an ITAM - we use it to ship hardware globally, buy assets, and even recover laptops from remote folks.

**What do you dislike about Unduit?**

Some features (like user roles or search filters) can be beefed up. Plus some more integrations

**What problems is Unduit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not only does it help us with asset tracking but gives us control to deploy assets globally and recover when an employee is offboarded. This is a huge win and time saver for us
