We've been very pleased with the disposal side of Unduit with the secure data wipes, chain of custody documentation, and buyback value reporting, especially the compliance and finance departments. The logistics are mostly hands off once the workflow is set up and the user gets a drop label, device leaves, and we track it straight through. The asset recovery & disposal service is so worth it. Unduit integrates with our HRIS so when an employee leaves, we simply make a campaign and unduit handles logistics, secure data erasure and resale or sometimes recycling with disposal certificate. The value recovery side has helped reduce the net cost of our fleet refreshes. It might be subjective but the UI gets a little cluttered in some places, especially in the asset view. Like there are 6 columns I don’t need and 2 I do, but no way to re-arrange or hide stuff yet. Their support teas are AWESOME. Even tho stuff doesn't go wrong often but when something comes up, getting HELPFUL help is so easy. Also I like seeing where and with whom the devices are, most of it is automated and helps me keep proper track. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
