What do you like best about Wialon?

We’ve been using Wialon for several years now, and it continues to exceed our expectations. Whether managing a small fleet or scaling to thousands of vehicles, Wialon remains consistently reliable and adaptable. The platform’s real-time GPS tracking, customizable dashboards, and advanced features like driver behavior monitoring, fuel control, and geofencing have dramatically improved our fleet efficiency and client satisfaction. Its ease of implementation makes it perfect, no matter your frequency of use of the software.

Wialon’s API integration capabilities and third-party hardware compatibility are excellent, making it an ideal fit for diverse industries. The support from Gurtam and their partner ecosystem is responsive and knowledgeable. Their continuous updates, new features (like video telematics and AI integration), and global community engagement make it clear they are committed to innovation.

What do you dislike about Wialon?

If there’s one area with room for improvement, it’s the graphical user interface. While functional, it could benefit from a more modern and intuitive design. Fuel Theft and Inefficiency:

Fuel costs are a major expense. With Wialon's fuel monitoring and tank sensor integration, we've helped clients detect fuel theft, improve driver habits, and optimize fuel usage, saving thousands in operational costs.

Poor Driver Behavior & Road Safety:

Wialon’s driver behavior monitoring and scoring helps us track harsh braking, speeding, and idling. This not only promotes safer driving but also reduces accident risks and maintenance costs.

What do you like best about Wialon?

We’ve been working with Wialon for many years as a Gold Partner and an active participant in Gurtam events and community initiatives. Wialon is our main tool, we use it all the time. Our team supports both Wialon Hosting and Wialon Local, implementing them for clients across various industries — agriculture, construction, and logistics.

The platform stands out for its stability, scalability, and flexibility.

Highlights include:

What do you dislike about Wialon?

Data visualization could be improved. Interactive charts for calculated and raw data would be a valuable addition.

What problems is Wialon solving and how is that benefiting you?

We work both with end customers and with smaller integrators. Our largest projects are in fleet management for agriculture, delivery services, and heavy equipment tracking.

We currently manage over 60,000 tracking units, and Wialon handles this scale with impressive reliability.

One of the strongest advantages of working with Wialon is the Gurtam partner community. It’s not just a product — it’s a living ecosystem with hundreds of active integrators, developers, and solution providers around the globe.
