What do you like best about Wialon?

What I like most is the platform's stability. It rarely fails and works well even with large accounts. It is very comprehensive in terms of reports, notifications, sensors, routes, and customization. The ability to integrate with other systems via API has been key for us, especially for automating processes and connecting with our ERP. What do you dislike about Wialon?

At first, it may seem overwhelming due to the number of options it has. For new customers or those who are not familiar with tracking platforms, it may take time to understand how to make the most of it. With Wialon, we can have much better control of the vehicles. Before, everything was kind of in the dark, now we can see in real-time where each car is, if it's stopped, if it deviated from the route, those kinds of things. This helps a lot to avoid losses, save on fuel, and even resolve more quickly when a customer calls asking where the car is. In the end, it sped up the service and made everything more organized. 2) Live vehicle tracking with minimal latency allows accurate monitoring, route replay, and geofencing.

We work both with end customers and with smaller integrators. Our largest projects are in fleet management for agriculture, delivery services, and heavy equipment tracking.

We currently manage over 60,000 tracking units, and Wialon handles this scale with impressive reliability.
