"🚀 “Like having a second brain for security (without the caffeine addiction)”"
What do you like best about Whimsical?

You know that feeling when you lock the front door but still wonder, “Did I leave a window open?”

That’s exactly how I felt about our systems before VAPT.

The best part? It doesn’t just point out flaws and make you panic — it gives you a clear, prioritized “fix-this-first” roadmap. Almost like your security GPS.

It’s less about doom and gloom, more about peace of mind. Now I sleep better at night knowing if someone tries to jiggle our digital doorknob, we already know where the squeaky hinges were.

Pros:

Super clear reports that even non-tech leaders can follow

Turns “abstract risk” into practical next steps

Builds trust with clients (no awkward silence when they ask for compliance proofs)

Use Case:

Perfect for teams who want more than just check-the-box compliance — it’s for anyone who wants to build trust and security into their product DNA. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I love the feature loaded tools for managing my notes visually"
What do you like best about Whimsical?

I came across Whimsical around an year back while I was learning to create UML diagrams and sequence diagrams, and I must say I was amazed with what I discovered. Whimsical is loaded with various features which I used to keep at different places randomly prior to this. Like for mind mapping, I used xmind but for flowcharts I used draw.io, lucidchart and even figma, but since I discovered whimsical, I loved how it provides these and various other features right out of the box. I am always on a lookout for centralizing so much of my thoughts, notes, diagrams and whimsical solves for it by giving all these features at one place. Its very easy to use and helps me keep my ideas and notes very visual. What i also love is the way it works in tandem with other tools - like notion where I can integrate it easily, and with chatgpt which has a plugin of whimsical and gives code to directly paste the sequence diagram from chatgpt to whimsical. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whimsical?

Not much as of now. I love the features it has and understand it can help in certain use cases for centralizing my thoughts and ideas. Hence, using it with other tools like notion to make the most of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best tool for mind map and structured thinking"
What do you like best about Whimsical?

Mind map are very quick and smooth. The feature to encrypt and decrypt multiple layers are of its kind. Never seen in any other product. Very good.

It's like a blank canvas you can use multiple elements like text, mind maps, and charts to brainstorm and structure your thoughts. Being a PM it's was very helpful for me during the brainstorming of large product ideas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whimsical?

Nothing to dislike. It's a great product. I have been using it for more than 4 years now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whimsical?

The AI integrations still need to be smart, currently it generates basic content without having a context. Apart from this I don't find any such limitations.

- In terms of features if we compare this with Canva then yes Whimsical can come up with a few more features, rest everything is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
