"Wherewolf App"

What do you like best?

The initial idea of the app was great but we did not get what was demonstrated to us.

What do you dislike?

The app that was demonstrated was not what we ended up with and we had to pay extra

Recommendations to others considering the product

The app that was demonstrated to us was not what we ended up with and we had to pay another $500 to get a custom design like the app at the sales pitch. We did not realise there would be on-going monthly expenses as well. We tried it for two weeks and customers did not like it so we wasted over $3500 for nothing.

none. I do not recommend this product at all

"Great service"

What do you like best?

While we haven't finished our process with Wherewolf yet, they have been very helpful every step of the way in getting things set up.

What do you dislike?

There wasn't clear enough communication around who our new account manager was going to be once Alex left. Also, it would be great if you could make the app android friendly rather than only available on Apple.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are trying to gain more information from our customers and once we have implemented it, I'm sure that it will help us do just that.

"User friendly and easy to use app "

What do you like best?

Wherewolf check in app is really easy to use once we go through the tutorial. Our customers have no issues with it and most are impressed of how efficient and easy it is.

What do you dislike?

The app is not very stable, it can crash at any time even after we did a lot of troubleshooting.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are still trying to figure out why it's crashing so much. We use 5 ipads to use this app and out of 5, 4 of them crash all the time.

"No follow up"

What do you like best?

1. The concept was good but when it was not compatible there was no refund

2. We did not use the app and after countless emails asking to stop they keep charging for the one year subscription.

3. Was told they would try another option had no reply.

What do you dislike?

Paying close to NZD$4000 and having nothing to show.... RIP OFF DO NOT USE THEM
