it enables us to view our staff and deploy schedules and manage leave

the associated Tempo app can be difficult to navigate

it is making sure we have the right staff in the right place

**What do you like best about WFM Adapter for Genesys Cloud?**

Regarding Avtex, it is so easy to configure. The PS resource knowledge is great , willing to work with us on weekends and offhours too. All Agents states are captured.
WFM Adapter works with variety of WFM systems like Aspect, Verint, Collabrio etc.

**What do you dislike about WFM Adapter for Genesys Cloud?**

Documentation and Paperwork with Avtex via AppFound of Genesys took long, Avtex legal team is not that cooperative and have to go to them through Genesys marketplace.  Avtex is missing some more WFM integrations like Pipkins etc which is not currently in thier roadmap.

**What problems is WFM Adapter for Genesys Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As Company is moving on Genesys Cloud, the agent state needs to be communicated to Aspect eWFM via Avtex Connector. That agent state logs is helpful for Aspect for Scheduling as well as payroll processing. RTA feed is giving realtime reporting and Dashboard.
