Each year, there seem to be more usage restrictions. For example, being limited to only 8 premium boutique visits per month feels too restrictive for the price of a platinum plan—especially since those studios weren’t even considered premium last year. At the same time, I’m paying more for what is essentially the same plan. It would also be great if all activities could be booked directly in Wellhub, without having to log in separately to the provider’s website, platform, or app. The app experience could use some refinement as well—for instance, allowing me to filter studios by favourites, showing fewer badge icons, and prioritising my preferred studios and classes. What I like best about Wellhub is how easy it makes it for our employees to access a wide network of gyms and fitness facilities in their local area. The platform and mobile app are intuitive and user-friendly, making enrollment and ongoing use simple. Compared to our previous vendor, Wellhub offers significantly more gym options along with reasonably priced membership tiers that provide flexibility for employees. One area for improvement is employee communications. We have experienced instances where emails sent to employees contained inaccurate information, such as incorrect membership rates or FSA eligibility details. These errors created confusion among employees and required additional intervention from our benefits team to clarify the information. There are so many different benefits from health and wellness apps - tracking steps, monitoring calories, to a vareity of gyms all around the country. We were looking for a health and fitness benefit for employees that provided more than just gym service as not all employees like to leave to work out. Wellhub has several apps included which is beneficial for employees who don't want to go to the gym. We also were looking for something that offered a good benefit that wouldn't break the bank. Our employees are spread all over the country, and they vary in gender, age, and needs. Since they also travel for work, this product lets them choose the gym, club, or fitness center that works best for them. On our end, all we have to do is upload a list to give them access. The process is straightforward, and the resources we need to provide take about five minutes per week. integration was literally seamless - couldn't have gone any smoother - this is a stand alone product but we're just barely launching our wellness program so that as we grow, this will continue to be an integral part of our ongoing wellness efforts Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Wellhub? I can’t think of anything we dislike about the product. If I had to suggest an enhancement, it would be allowing members to pay to add their own family members. That the majority of our monthly rate is a PEPM model in which we are charged for employees to simply get access to the system - but that access comes at no value to them unless we want to purchase a gym membership subsidy that can sign up for. So we are charged $4600 for essentially nothing. Then we are charged an additional $1600 a month for all of our employees to receive a "free" $11.99 membership at the basic level. However we have 500 employees, 230 subscribed and less than $100 who actively use the product.
