**What do you like best about Wellhub?**

The versatility and the value.  There are so many different benefits from health and wellness apps - tracking steps, monitoring calories, to a vareity of gyms all around the country.  The best part is we will never pay for more than 50% of our employee headcount.

**What do you dislike about Wellhub?**

It would be nice to have a direct customer service line to reach out to.  I can only think of 1 time that it was needed and I was able to get what I needed but it took a few days for them to get back to me for something that could have been resolved with a quick call.

**What problems is Wellhub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for a health and fitness benefit for employees that provided more than just gym service as not all employees like to leave to work out.  Wellhub has several apps included which is beneficial for employees who don't want to go to the gym.  We also were looking for something that offered a good benefit that wouldn't break the bank.  With Wellhub, we only pay for employees who enroll and for only up to 50% of our employee headcount so it makes it extremely affordable.

  ### 2. Lack of ROI and costly service not worth it and currently in RFP for new servicing

**What do you like best about Wellhub?**

That our employees can get "free" gym memberships

**What do you dislike about Wellhub?**

That the majority of our monthly rate is a PEPM model in which we are charged for employees to simply get access to the system - but that access comes at no value to them unless we want to purchase a gym membership subsidy that can sign up for. So we are charged $4600 for essentially nothing. Then we are charged an additional $1600 a month for all of our employees to receive a "free" $11.99 membership at the basic level. However we have 500 employees, 230 subscribed and less than $100 who actively use the product. So the cost and ROI is not there - especially for the majority fo the costs which is the wellhub standard and gets you nothing.

**What problems is Wellhub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None. When we were self insured maybe you could say it encouraged more healthy behavior but were a healthcare company and offer free healthcare so that outweighs a gym membership.

**What do you dislike about Wellhub?**

Challenge feature has been in beta for 6+ months, we signed up with the understanding that this would be improved.We’ve rolled out a few challenges internally at Cage & Miles, and overall engagement is low. We’re getting consistent feedback that the current format isn’t very balanced or inclusive. For example, some users dominate through high-volume activities (like 100+ bike rides), while others miss out on points if their gym isn’t integrated with Wellhub. Are there any updates on when Challenges will move out of beta? Also, is there any roadmap for more inclusive formats like active minutes, intensity-based scoring, or other ways to level the playing field across different fitness types?

Options for wellness - some employees can't afford gym memberships, reduces stress and helps with employee engagement

**What do you like best about Wellhub?**

I like that Wellhub provides the flexibility to try different gyms and studios at one tiered price, which is really convenient. There are multiple tiered options that suit different wellness routines and lifestyles, which is great. It also offers our employees access to wellness classes or gym sessions they love at a discounted price, providing more flexibility at the same cost. The initiative is fantastic because it reminds companies to focus on employees' mental wellbeing, helping them try new workouts and stay active, which I think is really important.

**What do you dislike about Wellhub?**

I think the check-in process can be improved from a user experience. If you book a class and you forget to check in on the app, Wellhub freezes your account and users have to pay an extra fee on top of what they already pay monthly to unfreeze their account, just to be able to book classes again.

**What problems is Wellhub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wellhub helps us provide employees with affordable access to wellness classes and gyms they love, offering flexibility to visit different studios within the same tier. It's a company-sponsored benefit that supports employees' well-being.

**What do you like best about Wellhub?**

Wellhub is one of our benefits that is best received by our employees - the value that they get from us covering the Gold plan is exponential compared to offering the same amount as a stipend (which is why we moved over in the first place). Not sure if it would be as meaningful of a benefit in smaller cities though.

**What do you dislike about Wellhub?**

The UI/UX is fine at best and honestly could us a lot of improvements, but it works most of the time (which I guess should be the bare minimum but in years past it's been far worse).

The customer support is honestly really difficult to get ahold of remediation for any issues takes a while - we had some problems where users were being charged after being terminated but did not have access to the account to cancel and also weren't able to contact support.

**What problems is Wellhub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to offer stronger non-medical benefits to our employees and health perks are really important to us. We've found that Wellhub strikes a good balance for our employees and has strong ROI for us

**What do you like best about Wellhub?**

The product offering and range of different workouts. I also love the price offering and how easy it is to book.

**What do you dislike about Wellhub?**

The product functionality could be better, better filtering options, distance measurements, and ability to adjust time zones correctly. I do not like that if I accidently forget to check in and provide proof, I dont get my points and it messes up my streak and shows up as a "no show". The ability to pull the invoice (and understand it) is painful as the admin. The support could improve from end to end.

The pricing and range of workouts available makes it great for our culture. I love model of tiers and subscription pricing rather than credits.

I love that any employee, regardless of geographical location, can utilize Wellhub, and they can adapt it to whatever fits their wellness journey. So if they're more into working out, they can use it for that. If they're more of a yogi or someone who likes to meditate, they can use it for meditation. Employees also have the opportunity to upgrade if they want more access to more resources.

**What do you dislike about Wellhub?**

I think the app needs improvement. I personally had a hard time logging in and resetting my password. It's also confusing that I have to check-in on the app and at the workout class. I think they need to find a way to connect those two systems to make it a more seamless process. So the app and the app usage could use improvement.

Wellhub provides wellness benefits like workout classes, mental health options, financial resources, and weight management for staff, enhancing employee wellness.

The best thing about Wellhub is the ability to offer a benefit to staff that allows them to try out new gyms and have access to a variety of workouts to stay fit in just one app.

**What do you dislike about Wellhub?**

The unexpected price increases that happen every year.  Staff often reach out asking why the increase.  Also, when there are black outs with the app, participants are not notified so there are lots of questions.

**What problems is Wellhub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wellhub helps us to offer a benefit to staff that they can use across the state.  We have offices in different parts of the state so it's an equal benefit that they can use at a gym that's convenient for them.  This is very beneficial because it allows us to offer wellness benefits to all staff without having to reach out to different gyms individually across the state.

I love the access to various gyms and classes for myself! Our employee base really loves it as we subdize up to the basic tier and feel like it really encourages employee wellbeing.

**What do you dislike about Wellhub?**

I think the customer support via robot is very frustrating. Sometimes I just need to connect quickly to a live person. I also sometimes feel like our account team doesn’t provide the strongest, hands on support.

**What problems is Wellhub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I hope the cancellation policy can be updated. I understand when employees cancel last minute but sometimes studios change schedules or cancel classes and there’s no workaround on the app.

I really enjoy the flexibility of Wellhub, offering a variety of classes I can go to. I love that I can access fitness studios that typically cost about $300 a month for just $150, allowing me to explore different activities. This affordability and diversity in offerings feel fabulous to me, making Wellhub a pretty awesome choice. I'm also pleased with how easy and seamless the setup process was with no complaints there.

The interface of the app can be a little clunky. Sometimes searching for classes for specific activities like Pilates or weightlifting can be a little challenging.

I appreciate Wellhub's flexibility and affordability, which lets me access diverse fitness classes multiple times a week at a fixed rate. It's an economically efficient option for someone like me who exercises almost daily.

**What do you like best about Wellhub?**

I really like Wellhub's ability to visit multiple gyms and services. It gives me the opportunity to go from one gym to another to see which best suits my physical needs. I also appreciate their digital app because it's convenient and allows me to work out on my own schedule. The initial setup was amazing and very easy. It was extremely easy to integrate all of our files and send notifications to our employees.

**What do you dislike about Wellhub?**

It will be nice to maybe have more gyms added to their networks in different locations.

I use Wellhub for access to gym services, enabling me to visit multiple gyms and find one that suits my physical needs. The digital app is convenient, letting me work out on my schedule.

**What do you like best about Wellhub?**

I like Wellhub for its ease of use. User experience has never been an issue, and the app makes it easy to get new apps with very easy login processes. It does all the work, so I rarely have to help any employees troubleshoot. The initial setup was also very easy.

**What do you dislike about Wellhub?**

The only issue we have had is with tiers of existing gyms. We have an employee who has a higher tier at Planet Fitness and we weren't able to help her use Wellhub in its place.

Wellhub supports our employees' wellness by enabling gym access and apps like Headspace and Strava for mental and physical health. It's user-friendly, with easy app access and smooth login, minimizing troubleshooting needs.

Flexibility really stands out to me; employees can choose what fits their schedule and lifestyle, and it's easy to manage. This flexibility removes friction since employees don't have to search or commit to one option, and that personalization translates to higher engagement. It's a benefit that's actually used. The initial setup of Wellhub was super easy, and the customer service was great!

Maybe reporting and analytics could be improved, and perhaps communication tools like built-in nudges, campaigns, and reminders.

I like that Wellhub provides a discounted rate for different gyms and classes, and also offers a variety of classes and gyms to choose from, which is great for employee benefits. It's a convenient way to access a wide range of wellness options.

I don't like that Wellhub changes the pricing several times throughout the year. It doesn't seem a bit stable. Also, there are not a lot of variety of options plans and pricing to choose from as an employer when we're setting the plans for the employees.

there are some major gyms in the area that have not joined wellhub.  sometimes it can be hard to express the value of wellhub to employees if they are just looking at the cost as the one gym that they go to and seeing that the price is the same to have wellhub vs. a direct gym membership.  There is also the lack of being able to talk to a real person when you have an issue with your account.  Employees have expressed frustration with this.

**What do you like best about Wellhub?**

It's nice to be able to go to multiple gyms/studios without having to sign up with each one individually. It's also nice that you can use it anywhere and are not limited to a certain area. The included apps are also convenient as they are easy to access and there are a lot to pick from. Considering everything you receive from Wellhub, it is definitely worth the price. It's also easy to navigate through the app and I have not had any issues with app glitches or lag.

**What do you dislike about Wellhub?**

Unfortunately, there were some discrepancies with what we expected from the Wellhub sales rep we worked with and when we finally got access to our admin portal. We had issues with our subsidy amounts since there was an update on the Wellhub end that multiple support people somehow were not able to figure out. As we continued working with Wellhub, there were more things that we did not expect, like the understanding of different types of plans and payments. We were told that the invoicing would "make sense" once we got access to our reports, but then learned that we are charged for employees who sign up even if they are active just for 1 day in the billing cycle. I've had the same support rep tell me contradicting information. As nice as our sales person was, it seems like he did not know the product well enough to give us an accurate view of what things would be like once we actually signed up. And on a personal level, I cancelled my Wellhub subscription as a user because there were no convenient options near me. I had a few other employees who did not have options nearby that would make Wellhub a convenient benefit.

It is providing our employees with a physical health benefit that extends more from our offering of an on-site gym since most of our employees work in a hybrid work situation.

The best thing about Wellhub is the wide variety of access employees have to apps, gyms, and fitness studios. I like that most fitness studio classes are unlimited and that I have options to switch up my fitness routine without paying for extra memberships.

**What do you like best about Wellhub?**

I love the flexibility Wellhub offers. It gives me access to a wide variety of gyms. I can go to a gym even when travelling and I can choose the right gym according to my workout. The app interface is clean and easy to navigate. I only need once the customer support to clarify a doubt and they were very quick. I use it from Monday to Friday. The integration with other platforms work very well  I also could bring a friend with me.

**What do you dislike about Wellhub?**

Some gyms have limited tie slots or availability depending on your plan, which can be frustrating during peak hours. And sometimes I would like to go twice in a day to the gym, like cardio in the morning and workout afternoon, but it only allows me once. The implementation wasn't too long, but maybe could be a but easier using google login.

Solves the problem of gym and wellness access being too rigid and expensive. I can explore different activities.

I was not able to use the service, though I paid for it.

I was a Lifetime Fitness club member for my family, but I switched to Gympass (Wellhub) because I was getting this benefit through work. I paid $99 for each child, but Gympass is not accepted at Lifetime, so my kids could never use it. 

Gympass only has customer support by email, so I emailed customer support and asked for a full refund for me and all of my kids. The admitted that their service is not as advertised but have not offered a full refund. I spent $600 on this service and it was a pure waste of money.

This company is going for IPO, and there is a lot of work needed on this business for it to be viable.

They have better class availability than other apps.

Gympass has the most unintuitive app and the most atrocious customer service. 

Customer Service: There is no way to talk to anyone on the phone, their support email is out of service, and their chat agents only know how to copy-paste from their policy books. They are not helpful to new customers.

The app: Half of the links in the app take you out of the app to your mobile browser - it is not actually an app experience. 

User Experience: Do not use gympass if you take classes at the gym - stick to class pass. They require you to check in separately on their app and at the gym - if you forget to check in on their app, but still actually show up for the class they will penalize you and prevent you from using your membership. 

Overall Gympass is a scan that is only trying to take your money without actually letting you use the services that you pay for - Stick to classpass!

The perks of having Gympass is the chance to use different facilities around my home, at the same time this gives me the chance to explore diffferent types of activities from a gym, to a professional swimming pool and a spa.

**What do you dislike about Wellhub?**

The only downside I could find so far was not able to find that many facilities in certain areas of the city where I reside. If you move to the city center for instance you won't find that many places to attend.

I'm saving almost 20 Euros per month considering the rate of the Gym I go to.
I have a lot of options in terms of activities, compared to go to a regular gym.

Gypass's customer service is incredible; people are beneficial in assisting with my trouble and issues. I would recommend Gympass to anyone offered it through their company because their corporate support is very good.

I am thankful to the team of Gympass for assisting me and making my journey wonderful with Gympass.

The only thing I didn't like about Gypass was their increasing price. They increased the prices some time back by 20 percent without any prior notice to me.  I suggest that they should give a message to everyone prior to increasing the price.

There are not many diverse options. For example nothing for Pilates. When I go to 24 hour fitness because I have gym pass they make me fill out a long form every time! So that intervention process is annoying

Gympass has been designed in a very user-friendly manner and its functioning is also very smooth. What I personally like about the Gympass is its very simple UI, which allows any user to use it without any kind of difficulty. Gympass allows various kinds of fitness activities.

Gympass should allow to create separate groups of similar kind of persons. The scanner facility should be improved a bit. Gympass lacks some of the activities such as yoga, aerobics, etc. It should include these kinds of fitness exercises.
