That the majority of our monthly rate is a PEPM model in which we are charged for employees to simply get access to the system - but that access comes at no value to them unless we want to purchase a gym membership subsidy that can sign up for. So we are charged $4600 for essentially nothing. Then we are charged an additional $1600 a month for all of our employees to receive a "free" $11.99 membership at the basic level. However we have 500 employees, 230 subscribed and less than $100 who actively use the product. So the cost and ROI is not there - especially for the majority fo the costs which is the wellhub standard and gets you nothing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. When we were self insured maybe you could say it encouraged more healthy behavior but were a healthcare company and offer free healthcare so that outweighs a gym membership.
