**What do you like best about Webeyez?**

I use Webeyez to monitor the functionality and performance of our e-commerce site, and I find it valuable for gauging various business metrics and KPIs. It gives us deep visibility into the site and provides great segmentation, allowing us to quickly isolate if specific customer groups or web pages are impacting revenue. I appreciate the rapid iteration on the product and the responsive customer success managers. The CEO has been on many calls with us during the setup, which gave us strong confidence in the tool. Webeyez has become our eyes and ears, replacing our reliance on GA after updates made it less effective for us.

**What do you dislike about Webeyez?**

Initially we had some issues with stability. We had problems loading up some parts of the tool. I think it takes a few rounds of setup to get the tool tuned to exactly how you would need it to be. For example, we had to work together to get the alerts working just right.

**What problems is Webeyez solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Webeyez to monitor the functionality and performance of our ecom site. It gives us deep visibility, provides segmentation to quickly isolate issues impacting revenue, and becomes our eyes and ears for site benchmarking, replacing GA after its update.

**What do you like best about Webeyez?**

They do a great job of keeping track of our ecom metrics for a number of websites. Very quick response to features we want to add to the platform.

**What do you dislike about Webeyez?**

Need better instruction on how to use some of the features. But that is my fault for not asking.

**What problems is Webeyez solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Identifying website errors like 504, 500, 404 alerts, especially when the sites are down for whatever reason. Also, I really like the technology download speed feature. Google Search Console does a 28 day lookback for core web vitals, but Webeyez does real time monitoring.

**What do you like best about Webeyez?**

Want to be able to understand and optimise your user behaviour of your shopify store easily and quickly. Then Webeyez ius the tool for you. Great account management, easy integration, robust tracking & alerts. 
I find webeyez a great tool for getting to grips with all aspects of our user behaviour any particular issues & the the alerts are incredibly useful in providing piece of mind and realtime monitoring.

**What do you dislike about Webeyez?**

Tool can be a little dense when you are first using it, can sometimes be a bit difficult to drill down on exactly what you are seeing until you get to grips with their platform.

**What problems is Webeyez solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Identifying bugs & errors, tracking user behaviour and drilling down into how the user experiences we are creating are resonating with our users

**What do you like best about Webeyez?**

It is so eay to log in and find areas of the website to improve. The session analytics, goal analytics and revenue dashboards help quantify which areas to work on. The technology reports and session recordings then really let you drill down into the detail.

**What do you dislike about Webeyez?**

There is so much within Webeyez which can sometimes be a bit daunting and navigating between everything can sometimes be a challenge (although the interlinking in the latest version is a massive improvement).

**What problems is Webeyez solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webeyez tells us where there are issues on the website before we would otherwise know about them (and sometimes problems which would otherwise go unreported). Webeyez makes it very easy for us to create an ordered list of things to work on which are going to deliver the most performance impact.

**What do you like best about Webeyez?**

The most helpful thign about webeyez is their session anyltics. Provides an easy way to segment users and identify bugs or issues they're experiencing. Webeyez also provides real time anyltics with the ability to create notifcations based on certain criteria which is a great way to monitor site health and identify issues quickly.

**What do you dislike about Webeyez?**

Not the most intutive system, while fairly easy to use does take some getting used to and can have some gotchas that require explanations, on the rare occasion can also be a little buggy and/or fail to show custom reports.

**What problems is Webeyez solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webeyez is helping to solve bugs and detect issues. Provide reports on sales and failures. Recent new feature has also help us relieve pain points.

**What do you like best about Webeyez?**

I really enjoy the different metrics that Web Eyez provides. It gives me so much value and understanding knowing what my customers are doing and how they journey through my online store.

**What do you dislike about Webeyez?**

It was a learning curve in the beginning, but that is because they have so much to provide I think. It is our jobs as users to work through the different metrics and the features (obviously, web eyez provides amazing support and assistance to you). Once you hurdle the learning obstacles, you then begin to jump around the dashboard by yourself to better understand different reports, analytics and sessions.

**What problems is Webeyez solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Provides insight into failed discount codes, customer shopping behavior with recordings, site errors such as 404 & 503. Moreover, it displays where your are losing revenue and why you are losing that revenue. This gives you more insight into where and how your store is vulnerable.

Not much to dislike, maybe the lack of automation in reporting API usage, and slightly less accurate session capturing.

Webeyez allows me, an ecom business unit owner,  to identify failures on the site and hold my dev team accountable for fixing them. I dont need a team of analysts, a datawarehouse, sql queries, dev time,

**What do you dislike about Webeyez?**

The product is still early in its lifecycle, so there are opportunities for further enhancements to make workflows a bit smoother or faster.  However, the product delivers on its core functionality incredibly well.

**What problems is Webeyez solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The value chain of Webeyez 
1. Identify: immediately spot technical issues throughout the onsite user journey through the surfacing of technical failures around ecommerce goals.
2. Prioritize: Sort issues based on their impact on revenue as determined by dollar impact scoring via platform analytics and historical performance.
3. Track: Determine if the development fix implemented was correct and actually solved the problem or the issue persists.

**What do you like best about Webeyez?**

Ease of Deployment and linked consumer & tech behaviour with revenue impact. its goals are spot on and recordings are always helpful when it come to pinpointing the issues.

**What do you dislike about Webeyez?**

Majority of the features are spot on. Its goals, recordings as well as business dashboards are the most used. In comparison, the tech portion is least used at the moment as support team has another tool in Dynatrace.
Least use here doesn't mean its not good though

**What problems is Webeyez solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webeyez has changed how BAT is running our eCommerce. From being reactive to very proactive. By using Webeyez, we can be one step ahead of any potential issues as well as having the insights of our consumers in order to enrich our product roadmap

Our teams use Webeyez on a daily/ weekly basis; data is accurate alerts are reliable.  Webeyez gives us the tools and insights necessary to instantly deep dive and solve issues.  I highly recommend this tool.  “Knowing that Webeyez is monitoring and alerting on site’s performance 24/7 allows me to sleep easy at night.”

Nothing at all. Deployment was very fast and easy, and the insights are clear and actionable.

The benefits are solving our customer's problems while shopping at our online store... this has been a huge benefit for us as we have been able to lift our conversion rate and find key areas in our funnel that enabled us to increase our sales.

**What do you like best about Webeyez?**

The fact that i didn't need to tag or set up anything.  Immediately was able to visualize where users are struggling to complete their online purchase with errors such as ad to cart failures, log in issues, payment fallouts, excessive load time, out of stock etc. Each of these failures have been grouped measured and enables my tech team to immediately amend.  The real time alerts help me detect instability dunning peak traffic time.  In addition the service from the the Webeyez team was outstanding.

The tech reports are some times a bit too deep for me, but my tech team loves all the great data.

**What problems is Webeyez solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We deployed Webeyez to learn how to improve customer’s user experience from the site.  The Session Recording and Conversion Tracking were eye openers… we were missing many sales opportunities due to site errors and small fixes in the UX.
Webeyez identified the alerted us of issues in real time and showed us how to make the fix.    Results were fast!  Highly recommended.
