I use Webeyez to monitor the functionality and performance of our e-commerce site, and I find it valuable for gauging various business metrics and KPIs. It gives us deep visibility into the site and provides great segmentation, allowing us to quickly isolate if specific customer groups or web pages are impacting revenue. I appreciate the rapid iteration on the product and the responsive customer success managers. The CEO has been on many calls with us during the setup, which gave us strong confidence in the tool. Initially we had some issues with stability. We had problems loading up some parts of the tool. I think it takes a few rounds of setup to get the tool tuned to exactly how you would need it to be.
