What do you like best about Webeyez?

I use Webeyez to monitor the functionality and performance of our e-commerce site, and I find it valuable for gauging various business metrics and KPIs. It gives us deep visibility into the site and provides great segmentation, allowing us to quickly isolate if specific customer groups or web pages are impacting revenue. I appreciate the rapid iteration on the product and the responsive customer success managers. The CEO has been on many calls with us during the setup, which gave us strong confidence in the tool. Webeyez has become our eyes and ears, replacing our reliance on GA after updates made it less effective for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webeyez?

Initially we had some issues with stability. We had problems loading up some parts of the tool. I think it takes a few rounds of setup to get the tool tuned to exactly how you would need it to be. What do you like best about Webeyez?

Want to be able to understand and optimise your user behaviour of your shopify store easily and quickly. Then Webeyez ius the tool for you. Great account management, easy integration, robust tracking & alerts.

It is so eay to log in and find areas of the website to improve. The session analytics, goal analytics and revenue dashboards help quantify which areas to work on. The most helpful thign about webeyez is their session anyltics. Provides an easy way to segment users and identify bugs or issues they're experiencing. Webeyez also provides real time anyltics with the ability to create notifcations based on certain criteria which is a great way to monitor site health and identify issues quickly. What do you dislike about Webeyez?

Not the most intutive system, while fairly easy to use does take some getting used to and can have some gotchas that require explanations, on the rare occasion can also be a little buggy and/or fail to show custom reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really enjoy the different metrics that Web Eyez provides. It gives me so much value and understanding knowing what my customers are doing and how they journey through my online store. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webeyez?

It was a learning curve in the beginning, but that is because they have so much to provide I think. It is our jobs as users to work through the different metrics and the features (obviously, web eyez provides amazing support and assistance to you). Once you hurdle the learning obstacles, you then begin to jump around the dashboard by yourself to better understand different reports, analytics and sessions. Majority of the features are spot on. Its goals, recordings as well as business dashboards are the most used. In comparison, the tech portion is least used at the moment as support team has another tool in Dynatrace.
