**What do you like best about Webex Interact?**

I’ve been using Webex for virtual meetings, and overall, it’s been a solid experience. The video and audio quality are consistently good, and the platform offers helpful collaboration tools like screen sharing and whiteboards. I also appreciate the security features, which give me peace of mind during professional meetings. My only complaint is that it can get a little pricey compared to other options, and sometimes there’s a slight learning curve with the advanced features. But for reliability and ease of use, it’s great!

**What do you like best about Webex Interact?**

Webex is great for me. It syncs well with other tools, the live polls and Q&A keep meetings interactive, and you can switch hosts or join by phone if needed. Makes everything easy to manage.

**What do you dislike about Webex Interact?**

I found the initial setup process for Webex a bit tough since I’m already slow with tech, and the learning curve felt harder compared to simpler tools like Zoom. It took me longer to get comfortable. Also, the pricing can be a downside. With so many free options like Zoom and Google Meet available, it’s easy to see why people might skip Webex unless they really need its extra features. For smaller teams or individuals, it might not feel worth the cost.

Real time analytics and bulk messaging has been of importance. I use it in online virtual tutoring etc. so it helps in staying updated

No difficulties we faced with Textlocal till now.

After integration of textlocal with easyecom we able to send every update on order cycle to our customers over SMS. 
We able to send pre-alerts to our customers on upcoming shipments which helped to reduce orders cancellation due to non availability of receiver.

The best thing is that  it is easy to use and we can schedule and send messages flexibly. Also if any mistakes happened we can quickly edit with ease and there is no problem faced.

There is no dislike as such, just sometimes it becomes hectic to update the contact list and find the relevant segments in the dashboard. Otherwise a great tool to use.

For the past year, I have been working on the Textlocal platform, and it is one of the best platforms for sending bulk SMS or automating your SMS communication with help of textlocal. The platform is cheap, and the credits you avail are for a lifetime and very user-friendly.

Textlocal has been our needs-friendly platform hence no complaints.

The biggest problem textlocal has resolved for us is that they have created a sub-account for sending the OTP verification in real-time. Almost 80% of business communication is through SMS, and textlocal has helped us to reach our customer base timely. Their customer support is too good or say best in the market, which helps us with any issues.

The experience with Textlocal's E-mail to SMS Gateway service has been excellent, starting with the service's evaluation. Very Helpfull technical salessupport which result in smooth integrate  process, with their support team help I have setup textlocal within 10 mins time. They have a set of really strong APIs and really good documentation.  Textlocal is in line with Indian Laws & Regulations. And till date whenever I need their support team help they resolve my problem with no time. Helps to send bulk data without any setbacks and automatically filters all the dublicate data.

Textlocals interface is very difficult to work with, someone without a technological knowledge would undoubtedly will get lost, complex looking appearance of the website.

It is helping me to send lakhs of customized sms and emails to on daily bases and that to in mins and very smoothly without any hesitate. Giving should a great outcome helps my business to genrate lead and clients in the minimum amount of time.

I have used it and I belive that textlocal is so far the best SMS services I have used till date. Not just that it has the best optimised dashboard and delivers in a speedy manner as compared to its competitors

The cost of the service is higher as compared to its competitors. Its API needs some improvements when it comes to sending SMS in bulk and UI needs to be improved. It is an old tool as compared to automation.

We are using this tool for almost 8 years now and it has performed well for us in terms of delivery of SMSes which has intensity helped increase our overall revenues.

Since I've been using text local for 13+ months and the conversion rate has increased, and the delivery rate is higher than it was previously. UI and navigation are user-friendly and easy to execute the campaign.

Sometimes servers cannot handle the big data while creating the group contacts and prices are high compare to the market standard.

Textlocal is the best Sms service provider in India to blast the bulk campaign with dashboards and APIs. I loved it because they provide the best support, Sample and optimized dashboard, and super fast delivery of the promotional and transactional messages as compared to the other competitor in this segment.

Prices are high as compared to the market standard and their APIs are basic and lots of API improvements are needed to compare with the latest campaign management system and technology.

We are using text local for 7+ years and they performed well in the terms of delivery of the messages and instant delivery helps us to improve our ROI. Textlocal has given us outstanding service with 0% of downtime without any backup vendor.

The old system of SMS whitelisting has been removed by most of the vendors but its still there at Textlocal. Also for reports you have to refer multiple tabs depending on which type of campaign you sent.

SMS campaign management is very easy. The SMS campaign dashboard provides easy to operate functions like group creation for personalised SMS text sending. It even shows preview of message and cost of campaign.

Often people buy the SMS Bundles to shoot messages in bulk, which might be annoying to the end-users!

TextLocal got some of the excellent features included for free (Included in the SMS Bundle). Such as SMS Inbox, SMS Event Management Solutions, Support Ticketing, Plugin with Excel, Powerful API, Gift Voucher Management.

SMS credits come with Lifetime Validity at affordable prices.

**What do you dislike about Webex Interact?**

As TRAI (Regulatory body in India) mandated the rollout of DLT Registration process to send SMS and compulsory Template Approval, got a lot of hassles in getting the template approved, which is a real pain, nowadays!

No clear dates on RCS Implementation, makes me worry.

**Recommendations to others considering Webex Interact:**

I would recommend If they could pull the rabbit out of the hat by implementing the RCS Messages Sooner as the peers started implementing the standard.
But with occasional promotional prices, TextLocal is tough to beat for what they already offer.

We use their SMS Inbox features to create campaigns for various events and purposes. SMS Inbox has RSS Feeds of the inbox, which connects to our backend application. Inbox Feeds takes no time in processing the data received from SMS (Such as user feedbacks).

Sending Home Work Assignments, For Publishing Student Grades SMS is a no-brainer to us.

The usability and integration of Textlocal are good to work with. Sometimes sms was not received in UAE. Overall experience was good and easy to use with our CRM system.

**What do you dislike about Webex Interact?**

Never had a problem with them but SMS stopped going out to UAE numbers, asked them to fix but they came back to us saying it cannot be fixed from their side anymore.

Textlocal was handy to convey messages and information related to the next day/week's jobs to the crew. It is integrated with our CRM (OpenCRM) and worked very well.

**What do you like best about Webex Interact?**

Its very easy to integrate textlocal with your own software. We have integrated  Textlocal with our platform. The transaction SMS is very effective. You will not have problems related to DND contacts. You can also have sub accounts with some transactional SMS and some Promotional SMS. The Templates are easy to make and the review does not take long. The support team is very good. They are always available and make sure they give solutions to your unique problems.

The tool is really robust. Very good for SMS Marketing. I don't see downsides much, it is quite comprehensive and suffices our organisational needs.

Its simple and easy to use with great reporting features for example allowing people to stop subscribing, tracking open rates, tracking click rates which is all the great features required for a serious marketer

**What do you dislike about Webex Interact?**

Sometimes it can be difficult to find an integration with other software, often there is a work around but you have to look for it

**Recommendations to others considering Webex Interact:**

Definitely use this software if you want a simple, well supported and easy to use platform that has many integrations with great support.  If you want to be abke to properly track campaigns like the number of opens, clicks through to landing pages or sites using mobile sms then this is a great platform to do so, it makes it so simple and easy for you to be able to do this and therefore maximise the output of your marketing campaigns.  We also put people into groups which allows us to re-text them later down the line  if/when required to do so.

It is highly competitive on their rates and I love that the more text you purchase in advance the lower the price becomes in addition there are a number of API integrations so at one point we had it integrated with google sheets so we could send messages right from google sheets.

**What problems is Webex Interact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notifying tenants when we are going to show new people there room, this means we can send notifications to a whole house from our laptop as soon as the viewing is booked in.
