I’ve been using Wandify for about a month. Previously, I was an old-school recruiter, manually crafting Boolean and X-ray searches. But for the past month, that’s no longer necessary. Wandify’s filters allow you to search by highly specific parameters. The first thing to mention is that the platform is incredibly intuitive. Everything is so logical and simple that within just half an hour, I was able to implement it into my workflow and get my first excellent batch of candidate selections. One feature I particularly like is the ability to filter candidates by their previous locations. There are also several options for searching by keywords and skills. Plus, it’s fantastic to be able to easily find candidates who are "open to work." Another great feature is the incredibly convenient integrated plugin, which lets you view candidates' contact details and profiles on various social networks. I also have to highlight the platform's outstanding, client-oriented customer service. Any issue is resolved quickly, with care and added perks. What we appreciate most about Wandify is its ability to build a candidate-sourcing pipeline for even the toughest positions across various regions. We actively recruit throughout Europe, and the Wandify platform excels in finding candidates, providing a sufficient volume, and exporting resumes directly from the platform. We also value the highly responsive customer support team, who respond quickly and thoughtfully to all our queries.
