Vyzer has allowed me to ditch my Excel spreadsheets and gives me an intuitive easy to use interface to input and update all of my investments - most importantly, my syndications! I can see all of my investments, sort them, filter them and see where my I am making money, which investments have paid distributions and which haven't. Vyzer asks for feedback and makes changes based on comments from their customers. For someone who is in multiple private real estate syndications, it has been a tremendous time saver - it takes me 30 seconds to input a distribution and maybe a minute to input a new investment. The only downside I have seen is that some parts of the app are not completely built out. They are constantly adding updates and making changes based on user feedback, so this issue isn't around for long. When you ask them to make a change - they either do it immediately or tell you when it will be ready. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
