Recommendations to others considering Vtiger All-In-One CRM:
Comparing vTiger to Salesforce (which is the other CRM I've worked with extensively), I'd say it's a viable alternative to save money. A few stability issues about a year ago (2020, so maybe a COVID issue), but those have cleared up. It's easy to use, and easy to add/write your own modules to do what you want. Salesforce obviously has a much larger community of users/developers, so there's more help available online, but in general I've had no real problems with vTiger. My development team has some issues with the API, but they seem to have been able to work around them, and we use workflows extensively, which have all been created in-house without outside help. What problems is Vtiger All-In-One CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're not using vTiger for billing, but we ARE using it to track our customers, individual user info, and contract/access information for almost 700 buildings. We've been using the Tickets module rather than the Cases module to track tickets, but that has worked fairly well. We use it for a mix of internal trouble tickets and individual customer trouble tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
