For me, it's how easy Voxjar is to use without a bunch of setup or back and forth with sales. As a PM, I really appreciate being able to jump in, find what I need, and set up automations without much effort. I also love that they don't charge per seat, so our whole team can use it without worrying about adding costs. The AI features are available from the start, which is refreshing compared to other tools that lock everything behind higher plans. Their support has been great too. There's not a whole lot I dislike so far. Some of the more advanced features take a little time to figure out, and I'd love to see a few more options for customizing workflows. Nothing that's been a major blocker for us though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
