We can also launch purchasing auscultation, since it is a bit like a marketplace, where buyers and suppliers find themselves. The platform is well structured and allows to catalog by families of interest. We receive notifications with opportunities found in our areas of interest, for a more effective process. It also allows buyers to directly invite certain companies and we hope to be one of them. We also like the implicit security and security seals applied to responses of proposals to the government, thus ensuring transparency and inviolability. **What do you dislike about Vortal?** If we get excited and endorse many product categories with interest, we're bombarded with hundreds of emails, and our mailbox looks like the post office box. The platform is also very rigid in using the response, and we have to obey exactly that format, and sometimes submitting proposals with alternative articles, is not properly intuitive. **Recommendations to others considering Vortal:** Very good to have opportunities with large companies or access to government purchases, safely. Very customizable, accurately identifying areas of interest, and identifying interesting product groups. Notifications of found opportunities are also a plus. The whole process is attached to the opportunity, so it is easy to trace the whole process. **What problems is Vortal solving and how is that benefiting you?** For us it was a necessity, as certain customers have come to the exclusive purchase by the channel, and as we wanted to keep customers, we follow the response requirements via Vortal. ## Vortal Discussions -
