I love that vonage does all of the things that you need it to do - in the sense of calling, hold, mute/hold and answer, transferring blind or even to voicemail, text messages and more. I dislike that sometimes the phone has a weird connection and will either delay in alerting me of a call coming through OR the call will not come through at all, I look down and have a missed call. Its reports, features, HD calling, Application and web app, everything is nice, have a great and optimised versions for desktop, mobile and laptop. Feature of texting is good.
