I love how training certificates can be uploaded and stored for the future and how it automatically sends out reminders. Our clients have found this SO MUCH EASIER for everyone to get the training and get cleared in one place. Managers love it too because they can see if their staff members are compliant instead of receiving nagging emails from me every day. It's really a set it up and forget it. I like being able to quickly review and approve or reject trainings. It’s a huge time saver for keeping track of training, clinics, and completed course documents for over 400 volunteers. The new AI integration is very useful and has great potential to make Volunteer Tracker even better. We had a few requests for different reporting, and those were fixed and granted quickly.
