Also, a read message only shows the time it was read rather than the time the message was sent which can be confusing. **What problems is Voalte Messenger solving and how is that benefiting you?** Communication between multiple disciplines throughout the hospital. Easy way to communicate with staff without having to walk around looking for them or calling them unnecessarily. ### 2. You can't always walk over to a nurse or doctor so the voalte is a great way to reach them without ever having to leave my department. It works through both text and calls. You even get read receipts. **What do you dislike about Voalte Messenger?** I have not found one problem with the Voalte system we use at work. **Recommendations to others considering Voalte Messenger:** Great decision! **What problems is Voalte Messenger solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to effectively communicate with healthcare providers in not only my unit, but also from five floors away. I work alone quite often, and the voalte allows anyone that needs to reach me to be able to. I can't imagine work without it. I can access it through our mobile devices used at work as well as through the computer. It also helps by offering our employee ID photos, so if you don't know someone's name or title, you can use their picture! ### 6. They now all love it. **What do you dislike about Voalte Messenger?** I dislike that there can be some lag time or at time it can be hard to hear notifications so staff might miss something important. **Recommendations to others considering Voalte Messenger:** I have loved this product for my staff. It is easy to use, navigate, help with communication, and solve issues in a very timely manner. **What problems is Voalte Messenger solving and how is that benefiting you?** Patient satisfaction by far. If one physician is late they can have another start for them. It has been very helpful. ### 7.
