**What do you like best about Visory?**

Soon they will be out of my life for good.

**What do you dislike about Visory?**

The worst decision I’ve ever made as a small business owner was to work with Visory. Their software is terrible and the only thing worse is their customer service, or lack thereof. The software frequently fails to the point we can’t login and access our financials.  There is no priority service for big issues - It doesn’t matter if I can’t get into QuickBooks, I can’t send emails, I need to contact QB support, which requires their facilitation- they don’t care and don’t support. Their average response time is more than one day, and that is only a response, not a fix. After more than a year, I am finally giving up and I’m going move to QuickBooks online.     
That itself is problematic because they control my file and not even QuickBooks can migrated over without their help. Without my approval, they advanced my file beyond the year my license is for, I have no way to open my file with the software that I have purchased. Shockingly, they want me to pay them to help migrate my file off their server. Something QB will do for free, if they could access our file. Not shockingly, nobody at Visory knows how much that is going to cost or will help do it. Their software has disintegrated to the point that we no longer can send invoices either. Nobody will respond or help. Worst company ever.

They aren't solving any problems, they are creating them.

**What do you like best about Visory?**

Easy to setup fast and accessible from multiple sites. Low down time. Support is always just a chat or call away

**What do you dislike about Visory?**

Cost is good but ' gets higher as you add other apps like excel or word. And this is a per user cost

**What problems is Visory solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No server is needed, cloud access is always available even via your cell phone
