David from the sales team, and Steve from the migration/support teams were very clear and concise with not only pricing, but the migration plan as well as follow-up support post migration for any troubleshooting.
As an Exec Administrator, I do not live in the world of DNS/MX records, however, the teams were able to clearly communicate the plan and steps required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
