As an Exec Administrator, I do not live in the world of DNS/MX records, however, the teams were able to clearly communicate the plan and steps required. **What do you dislike about Apps4Rent?** The only thing I can think of to put here is - the billing notifications prior to the procurement of licenses. That is literally all I can think of. **What problems is Apps4Rent solving and how is that benefiting you?** Consolidating software platforms and updating systems for better cross-platform collaboration. ### 2. Their implementation and integration processess were seamless, best in class from my experience **What do you dislike about Apps4Rent?** I have not criticism, I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a solution they provide. **What problems is Apps4Rent solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had an old sharepoint site with another provider that reached its end of life without notice. We were able to receive a BAK file that was not in the proper format. You can access your QuickBooks online through an online portal and on any device - desktop computer, laptop, mobile phone, tablet, etc. If you want to run your payroll while sipping on Mai Tais on the beach, assuming you have an internet connection, you can! **What do you dislike about Apps4Rent?** Some QuickBooks hosting services can experience latency and not all solutions are as secure as one would like. Some hosting provider networks are also not as developed as they should be based on the level of network activity (traffic) they experience. **Recommendations to others considering Apps4Rent:** Make sure you carefully research all available hosting providers and dig into the fine print to ensure you get the best solution for your needs. **What problems is Apps4Rent solving and how is that benefiting you?** Accessibility, cloud data security, and preserving the robustness of QuickBooks Desktop features that are simply not yet offered with the QuickBooks Online suite of products. ### 17. Technical support very responsive **What do you dislike about Apps4Rent?** Nothing at this point and time, all has worked as advertised **Recommendations to others considering Apps4Rent:** If you need to be able to access QuickBooks desktop version from anywhere you have an internet connection then this is the way to go. We did not like the functionality of QuickBooks Online version and wanted to stay with the desktop version so remote desktop hosting was the best way for us. **What problems is Apps4Rent solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to remotely access QuickBooks in a responsive environment for multiple users.
