**What do you like best about VisionDoc?**

I have used this software in my first job at a software house where a client required storing documents in storage rather than maintaining them physically. So we started R&D and luckily found this software. This is good software with great performance. This software offers a very user-friendly interface and comprehensive tools that cater to the needs of both small and large companies. Currently, this software is being used by my current company, which is in the courier industry, and everyone knows that physical documents are a necessary part of daily deliveries, but storage can be an issue. However, this issue has been overcome by using this software. In summary, if you are looking for document storing software, this is a good choice.

**What do you dislike about VisionDoc?**

This is very resource-hungry and may take time to upload bulk documents. So when you implement this software, you need a good solid infrastructure that will be upgraded every 3 years. The rest is fine.

**Recommendations to others considering VisionDoc:**

Infrastructure plays a vital and crucial role in it, as you move all your documents from physical to logical, you need a good amount of physical storage. So be careful and do detailed budgeting on it.

**What problems is VisionDoc solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a large storeroom to store physical documents, as the courier company consignment number is the key and master copy of each shipment, so it is difficult to maintain a single CN physically. This solution helps us in the right way and shows a remarkable reduction in costs.
