Having used a number of different software providers we found Virtuagym to have a range of tools and options that can be set up and customised without having to dedicate additional resource to operate it. 1.) The fact that the database is hooked to one mailadres even if there are multiple accounts trough a various - I.E basic-fit. You cant have two accounts with one mail adres.

When approaching Virtua, no reply. When approaching their senior management on Linked-In, semi-interested reply. When finally following up, sales persons seem unaware of basic things like time-difference. Zero interest, seemingly, for international business. Even when given direct contact details, still fail to contact. Such a shame. I was willing to do away with our current system and was already sold on their product, but their sheer incompetence in communication has left me wondering what the real customer experience is.
