This has helped me a lot in managing my diets, types of workouts, and reps. Management through the multiprofile feature is very handy for us when I need to generate personalized regimes for our clients, too. I also like the discussions in the groupsessions and Roster! Employees within the company can easily sign up through the online shop and we are provided with some class listings of our own. **What do you dislike about Virtuagym?** The one feature I dislike is the notification system for the app. It is very slow, both in terms of notifying and in syncing u for bigger portals. **Recommendations to others considering Virtuagym:** After taking some time testing out the product, I have found it to be very inclusive with lots of handy features. I am very satisfied! **What problems is Virtuagym solving and how is that benefiting you?** We regularly use Virtuagym to manage food plans, workout regimes, and have monthly fitness checks.
