I’m also glad I feel safe when submitting important files, and I get a notification every time the recipient reviews them. The application is always super fast and accepts many different types of documents. I also like how you can leave a comment if you wanted to share anything important or private regarding them. For me, I didn't have to pay to use the service, my school would send me a link when I needed to submit things. **What do you dislike about Virtru Secure Share?** Honestly, I didn’t find anything to dislike about Virtru. Every time I used the platform, it worked really well and did exactly what I needed. **What problems is Virtru Secure Share solving and how is that benefiting you?** Virtru helps me avoid having to go on campus to submit documents in person. This makes the process of receiving confidential information easier and faster than having to wait for information to come via fax or mail. I am able to request records for my clients that gives the information that I need to be able to halp them and their families. **What do you dislike about Virtru Secure Share?** Virtru has vanished off of my laptop on multiple occasions. I have had to take my laptop to the IT department to add it back on. I was able to add it back on the last time this occurred. Yeah I think with all the vulnerabilities due to AI that are present, being able to have the peace of mind that we're sharing very privileged and regulated data safely is absolutely worth the cost we're paying. **What do you dislike about Virtru Secure Share?** I think the UI isn't really great. Maybe its an access thing but it is annoying kind of having to click through to find where I start writing my email. Would be really awesome if there was some plugin or something for outlook or Gmail **What problems is Virtru Secure Share solving and how is that benefiting you?** We work with PII and FERPA regulated data so being able to share that securely without a 2nd thought helps speed up our time to decision and drives efficiency overall. I also value the encryption of data. **What do you dislike about Virtru Secure Share?** I often have a hard time logging in and validating the login when using Chrome, so I end up having to use incognito windows and sign into email separately to verify—it's not very user-friendly. I need to frequently clear my browsing history to manage this, which is really inconvenient. Even after setting it up it works fine for a few weeks but then starts to deteriorate, causing more troubles with validation. Having to clear cookies and use incognito just to make it work isn't scalable, especially when I need to access 15 to 50 files daily. It really needs better compatibility with Google Chrome or at least better resources to help set it up there. **What problems is Virtru Secure Share solving and how is that benefiting you?** Virtru Secure Share allows secure file sharing, with valued features like encryption of data. I love that I can toggle the 'Virtru' button directly in my email. It's simple and a safe way to send information. Student information is processed on a minute-by-minute basis, exposing our students to cyberharm and their personal information. Having Virtru's security relieves some of the stress that comes with confidential work. Other features that set Virtru above competitors include its easy-to-use drag-and-drop interface. I have not used the AI yet, but as I become more familiar with it, I'm sure it will be an asset as well. Other colleagues have used the AI and responded to its intelligent nature. The performance is amazing, and with reasonably affordable pricing, it integrates well into our system of operation. The onboarding and support for this intelligently designed product have been above and beyond on my Richter scale. **What do you dislike about Virtru Secure Share?** Nothing at all. From time to time, I receive e-mails secured by Virtru from clients and other colleagues, so I trust it when I need to share something securely. **What do you dislike about Virtru Secure Share?** Long story short: the two times I needed Virtru, I was not able to use it and asked a colleague to do it for me as if I was incompetent. Virtru usability is confusing to me and not at all new user friendly. When I go to Virtru, I want to share something. But as soon as I log in, I'm facing "My Data", "Settings", "User", "Admin" screens, none of them help me do what I need to: share things. I have to remember to go to the bottom of the screen looking for "Products > Share", even after the LOG OUT feature (whaat?). Once I hit the "Secure Share", I'm asked AGAIN to sign in. After making my way to secure share, it's time to share. My first experience: Could not share. Why? As a new user, sending sensitive data, I wanted to make sure how my e-mail would be received by the user, and if I was doing it the right way. So I sent it to myself to check, and everything was working. Then I created the same thing again, this time adding all recipients, but I could not share it because I hit my limit for the day (one email). Result: I asked a colleague to do it for me, as I was incapable of doing it. Virtru did a terrible job informing me beforehand of this, and even worse when trying to submit, because it says: YOUR CONTENT WAS SUCCESSFULLY SENT, even when not delivering the messages. The other case I have is: Knowing I have just one e-mail to use, I just wrote it and add the 4 subjects right away. When trying to send, Virtru said: limit of subjects above limit. Then I tried again with 3, with 2 and could not send. When I reached 1, Virtru said: you have reached the limit of messages today. WHAT? I also love that I can easily access Virtu on Zendesk! It's very easy to use Virtu and understand what is happening in each step. We had an issue sending large files due to our email provider's limit, however, we came across Virtru Secure Share. This was a great find, as it allowed us to send large files easily and securely. It was really easy to use and lets us know when the message has been opened. We can also add watermarking, set an expiration date and add persistent protection. These features have been very useful and have helped us to manage our information better. It also allows for messages with large files to be sent to us securely, so it helps in that aspect as well. **What do you dislike about Virtru Secure Share?** One thing we noticed was that if you used Persistent File Protection, your files would be converted to HTML. This did cause some issues for us and we no longer use this option. **What problems is Virtru Secure Share solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has allowed us to send large files (40MB +) in a secure way. Before we would have to break these files up and send them in parts by email using the Virtru add-on.
