Virdee is an AI-powered hotel guest experience and check-in automation platform designed for large hotel brands. Virdee automates the guest journey with self check-in, digital room keys in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, guest communications, AI-powered support, and more. Based around mobile web check-in, guests are able to verify their identity, submit payment, sign terms & conditions, and receive a digital room key in minutes, all without waiting in line at a front desk. A lobby kiosk is also available for physical key cards lock-out support via remote video assistance. Hotel room keys in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet are changing the game. As reliable and fast as NFC hotel room key cards, these room keys live right in the mobile wallet the guest already uses every day. There is no app that needs to be downloaded, and the wallet keys work without even having to turn on the phone screen. Just tap and go! Guest communications are critical, and Virdee provides pre-arrival communications as well as AI-powered support during the stay. Virdee’s AI agents automatically create tickets for basic items like maintenance and towel requests. Critical requests are routed to a human to ensure the proper guest experience is maintained. Dedicated hotel AI agents are focused on revenue, housekeeping, services, and upsells, all with a central AI agent pulling everything together. The hotel administration has the power and decides on guardrails and how autonomous the agents can be. Upsells are optimized based on any attainable guest information and housekeeping in streamlined. Going beyond simple property analytics, Virdee’s AI agents provide actionable data. Virdee also offers mobile wallet keys for residential and student housing as well as independent hotels.
