The system offers seamless integration and interaction with all our packaging lines, and the support from the Vimachem team has been outstanding. While we are very satisfied with the overall performance of the system, one area of concern has been the cost structure for additional functionalities. As this was a new implementation, we were not initially able to anticipate all the features we would require. However, we found that even for relatively small requests—such as exporting data to an Excel or CSV file—additional annual fees were applied. We believe that such basic data extraction capabilities should be included as part of the standard system offering.
