**What do you like best about Videolink?**

Videolink is incredibly easy to use and has become a core part of our workflow. The video requesting page is a standout feature – we use it not only for internal updates and client feedback but also for recruitment, collecting short personalized introductions from candidates. The Chrome widget makes it quick to record and share without breaking focus, and the high-quality output keeps our videos professional.

**What do you dislike about Videolink?**

Large file uploads can be slower on weaker internet connections. I’d also like to see more advanced editing features, such as transitions, branded templates, and text animations, to reduce the need for external editing tools.

**What problems is Videolink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Videolink is helping us solve several communication and workflow challenges. It has significantly reduced the number of internal meetings by enabling clear, async video updates. 

The video requesting page has streamlined client feedback and is now a key part of our recruitment process, allowing us to quickly gather personalized candidate introductions. It’s also improved onboarding and training by making it easy to create reusable, high-quality video resources. These benefits save time, reduce misunderstandings, and speed up decision-making across the organization.
