I appreciate its ability to integrate brand elements and social media, while also finding additional context and information about existing contacts. It's really like a multi-tool in one, serving the purpose of what would otherwise be several other platforms. Like any other platform that's new in the AI space, there's a learning curve. So I think it's all about just having the patience to work with it.
