What I like best about Vettio is its ultra-focused, no-bloat design that perfectly fits our small agency’s lean hiring needs. As a Team Operations Coordinator at BrightVision Marketing Stuttgart with no dedicated HR support, I have to handle all recruitment work on top of my core duties including internal team communication and cross-department advertising project coordination. Before using Vettio, I wasted massive working hours manually sorting through dozens of resumes for every open junior marketing and coordination role, which seriously disrupted my daily workflow and project progress. Vettio’s biggest advantage is its powerful automated resume screening and fully customizable AI interview features. After I publish a job posting, the platform automatically scans, evaluates, and ranks all incoming applications strictly based on role matching degree, directly filtering out unqualified candidates and highlighting top-fit talent. This completely eliminates the tedious repetitive work of reading every single resume one by one. Meanwhile, the role-specific AI interview enables standardized, fair first-round assessments for all applicants. I can set real agency work scenarios such as cross-team deadline coordination and client feedback adjustment to test candidates’ practical abilities and teamwork skills. There are several obvious drawbacks of Vettio that bring continuous manual workload to our small marketing team. The most prominent issue is its insufficient German language localization, which is critical for our Germany-based agency. Almost all system interfaces, automated candidate notification texts, and default AI interview prompts are English-only. Since nearly all our local applicants are German-speaking marketing professionals, I have to manually rewrite and translate every job description, interview guideline, and candidate message for each recruitment round. Worse still, the AI algorithm cannot fully recognize and accurately analyze professional German marketing and agency terminology in candidates’ responses, which forces me to spend extra time double-checking all interview transcripts and matching results to avoid missing qualified talents. Secondly, the platform has zero pre-built interview templates tailored for marketing and agency operation roles. Every time I recruit new members, I have to design all scenario-based interview questions from scratch according to our daily project coordination and client service work, costing lots of extra preparation time. In addition, Vettio has no native integrations with our daily office tools including Excel and Outlook. I can’t sync candidate data, interview records and match scores automatically, so I have to copy and paste information repeatedly for applicant tracking and candidate communication, creating redundant administrative friction in every hiring process.
