**What do you like best about VetBlue?**

The ease of use, versatility of options to choose from like works on any device with an Internet connection,
online access to clinic records any time, no servers or software needed.


**What do you dislike about VetBlue?**

I really loved this product and did not have many reasons to dislike it. Sometimes glitches would occur but not often at all. Other products have not worked as well at VetBlue.

**What problems is VetBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Free online training resources, clinic records are accessible any time online and backups nightly.

The developer works with us well to meet our specific needs.

The version we have does not meet the requirements to connect effectively with salesforce.

we have thousands of medical records safely stored in VetBlue.

software in the cloud, no worries about back ups

**What do you dislike about VetBlue?**

Too cumbersome, too many clicks, client centered, monthly cost expensive, scheduling

**Recommendations to others considering VetBlue:**

Give it a try before judging it

trying to solve administration problem. Not realized with Vetblue, not suitable for my situation, but may be suitable for others

I like the  flexibility of the system. Vetblue is easily customizable.

**What do you dislike about VetBlue?**

There are not enough controls. Needs system information.

Tracking vet visits and prescriptions written.
