The virtual reality experience is not immersing me and bringing a poor level of work. The visuals are cumbersome. **What do you dislike about VES Virtual?** The poor quality is disturbing the experience. The customer support team needs to be quick to respond and helpful to ensure that any concerns or questions are solved promptly. It's a bit frustrating that there aren't many customization options available in VES Virtual and the features feel a bit limited. **What problems is VES Virtual solving and how is that benefiting you?** It does not cater well to the varying needs of businesses. The user interface needs to be more intuitive as it is difficult to navigate. It has all features and tools that you will need in any online fair enviroment and has very easy to use in house presentation tool. It is allowing you to setup your own fair enviroment very quickly and sharing any information with visitors is very easy and fast. It allows to do video chats during the fair and quality of this service was very good. **What do you dislike about VES Virtual?** It has all features an online platform should have. More than a dislike it is more like a feedback but it can have a list of participant companies on main page for the fair attendees or smilar setup which makes for especially non experienced users to navigate all participants during the fair area. **Recommendations to others considering VES Virtual:** Happy to recommend VES Virtual to anyone in student recruitment industry. **What problems is VES Virtual solving and how is that benefiting you?** Especially with the pandemic, traditional student recruitment activities gone online and VES Virtual is a good solution to all inclusive solution to online marketing activities. It is also time saver as setting up is very easy. ### 6. Especially I would like to notice that it was quite easy to make a presentation on the platform, it allows not only to upload your presentation but also to use additional tools like drawing, creating etc that makes your event more interactive and interesting for visitors. Comparing to other platform we used for online events, VES definitely is the best one, highly recommend! **What do you dislike about VES Virtual?** We didn’t experience any negative things **What problems is VES Virtual solving and how is that benefiting you?** During pandemic we were forced to move our events to online mode. VES helped us to arrange a big online educational fair. With help of VES we were able to get much more visitors than we had during offline events. VES is easy platform for using not only for companies but for visitors as well, so it gives an ability to provide services and activities in the same or even better way, than we could arrange before using online mode. ### 7. I also liked the idea of seeing the attendees visiting our booth and their area of interest for future potential students. **What do you dislike about VES Virtual?** There is no part I did not like, it would be easier if there was an alert when people visited the booth so that we could send them a message before they do. Internal video calls worked very well and live reports helped us to manage the fair efficiently. **What do you dislike about VES Virtual?** The booth designs were fine could have better look. **What problems is VES Virtual solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were looking for cost effective virtual event, and VES was flexible enough to meet our needs.
