Verse has been a tremendous asset to our company since we started working with them. Our go-to Verse team member, Joshua, is always quick to assist us whenever we have a question or concern. Unlike most companies who will check in on you once in a blue moon after signing on with them, our Verse team meets with us EVERY week to go over stats, progress, and adjustments to make sure we are getting the most out of their service and bringing in the best quality of qualified leads. Furthermore, I titled this review 0 to 100 because before we partnered with Verse, we were getting (comparatively) abysmal amounts of calls each day. As soon as we started working with Verse, our phone lines started ringing non-stop daily! I cannot recommend them enough. My biggest disappointment was that there really was not much of a human element. This is very much an automated software and my expectation was that once a lead replied, Verse had a human doing the interaction. Further, the setup process is a bit lengthy and there was some time in the beginning that was a bit of a waste as leads were either "qualified" way too quickly, or incorrectly marked as non-qualified. They converted well enough, so I was essentially happy for about a year or year and a half. When I had questions, they were quick to respond. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They did a pretty good job of following up, but also dropped the ball several times when conversing with leads. They insisted that once a lead started conversing, that a human took over, but seeing some of the responses, I had my doubts. They convert pretty similar to other similar companies based on my experience (I've tried a handful by now), but charge more than others. I just ended my contract with them, and am having better results elsewhere for less money, and now they are only helping bigger teams. First of all, the level of service after the sale is refreshing. Mike M is awesome! Moving on from there, I love that I don't have to worry about being the one to reach out to all the leads the minute they come through. I work pretty much on my own and it's a huge relief to know that there's almost immediate communication to catch these people while they're still engaged in what they're doing on their computer or phone. I've had a great experience working with Verse.io. Daniel was very professional since our initial conversation and delivered on everything he said he would. Actually, I was not an "ideal" client for Verse but they were more than willing to come up with some customized programs that catered to my clients needs. The set up and training process with Kristen and her team continue to be very smooth.

Once the program was running, the team was able to make contact with almost 70% of the leads that we generated and really help out our dealer partners to focus on the customers that were closest to buying.

I wish there was a way to have more customizable scripts and make sure the ISA can read the original request to make sure the response matches the client's questions or needs. I also think it would be good to match a client record by first/last names and phone numbers as well as email.
