As an end user, I find that a rarely have any problems when it comes to using the application for its intended purposes. It just works when I need it! Also, I see the same for my coworkers. People always have their phone on them and I rarely see people tailgating or fumbling for a key fob anymore!! **What do you dislike about Verkada Guest?** The only issue I ever have with Verkada is that sometimes I get logged out. I don't know what is causing that but periodically I will have to authenticate back into the app and that can take some time **What problems is Verkada Guest solving and how is that benefiting you?** It not only makes it easier to access my building, but it also makes it easier for me to access other buildings that use Verkada when I am a guest. I used it this week while I was traveling and visiting a partners office and it was a piece of cake ### 2. The application is secure and authorize people before use. The dashboard is concise and implemention is in such a way that eveything is in front of you and I didnt get confuse while using it. Easy to sync with the organisation, even it is for multiple organisations like hospitals, schools as well as for gornment organisation. it can sync with any organisation quickly. It provide good customer service as they quickly connect with people and resolve issues. The one of the best thing about the verkada guest is that they give free trial for 30 days so people can use it and experience it for 30 deys before purchase. **What do you dislike about Verkada Guest?** As I newly start to use the product I am not facing any issue as of now but will definately share in future **What problems is Verkada Guest solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is easy to authenticate people. Im my organisation we use it for authenticate people of outside of the organisation and need one time access to the facility. Recently it was a big process to invite people to the organisation but now this visitor management product made it possible to capture user's details in minutes and they can enter in the premise asap. I t makes the business easy and meetings are held on time because of this product. I used it when I was new here inthe organisation as well as when my business colleage visit for the meetings it is easy now to get access for them. ### 4.
