It’s made my life somewhat easier but I do plan on switching I’m just not that impressed

It’s too hard to navigate and way too hard to log in

What I liked most about Verizon Knowledge Assist was its intuitive and modern interface. It was sleek, fast, and extremely easy to navigate, which made finding accurate information quick and stress-free. The real-time response capability and smart search functionality significantly improved efficiency during customer interactions. It felt like the tool was designed with the agent experience in mind, making it a pleasure to work with daily.

What I dislike about Verizon Knowledge Assist is that it's overly simplistic sometimes. It often fails to provide in-depth answers or handle complex scenarios, which can be frustrating when more detailed support is needed.

Prompt and shows related content as required. It also shows info based on the type of device present in your account.

**What do you dislike about Verizon Knowledge Assist?**

At times hard to distinguish answers given between ambiguous queries. It displays incorrect info at times.

**What problems is Verizon Knowledge Assist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Assisted in setting up WiFi hotspot through the device and also resetting the router configuration.

So quick and very efficient and it is really smart

Sometimes the results doesn't match the question, but I guess it's a machine learning model so it just takes time to learn more and get better

**What problems is Verizon Knowledge Assist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Learner tool was the best part for me - it understands what questions agents are asking and how they are answered

Self help feature, Easy to use, Search source, accurate information about searched data, Performancebos good even on average speed network, 24x7 Live chat available for support,

Site interface is little dull after search. Have to go through lot of search results.
User interface needs to be updatedfor few fields. Search result needs to be categorised.
