Easy to integrate, quick to market, flexible with new features and nuances that we required as a business - and with great support all the way through.

**What do you dislike about Verint Appointment and Queuing Software?**

I didn't find anything about Qudini that I disliked, I think it took me a little while to become accustomed to all of the new dashboard/interface, but I think this is the same for any new system you start using and quickly picked it up.

**What problems is Verint Appointment and Queuing Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qudini allows us to be much more flexible with the resource planning we have and the nuances as a business that we found difficult to solve with a previous provider.

Loved how easy it was to set up and integrate the software into our existing website. Customers have complimented us on how nice and clean the functionality is on our existing site.

It ended up being more expensive than we expected. We had some trouble talking to a sales rep when we first inquired about Qudini's product. The pricing structure was confusing.

Was able to get our customers to set up a schedule for our business and be able to organize it in a way that has increased efficiency. This has helped us increase performance and made us more organized.

Sometimes the "computer says no", but we usually find a way around it, or they develop something that can fix it!

Virtual appointments with our stores teams across our brands. We have seen increased bookings versus what we had before.

**What do you like best about Verint Appointment and Queuing Software?**

We have used the Qudini software for appointment booking for a number of years in our Brown Thomas and Arnotts department stores; primarily for our Beauty Halls which drove our appointment booking numbers by up to 50% in some brands.

Over the past year, we have scaled at pace with the support of the Qudini team to personal shopping appointments, virtual appointments in every area of our business, virtual queuing when stores reopened, drive-through Click & Collect, remote Click & Collect among other initiatives.
Our work with Qudini has allowed us to provide our customers with COVID-friendly ways of continuing to shop with us both while stores were open and closed.

The iPad app is simple and easy to use and once trained, our team members have had no issues as the bookings are highly configurable to suit the needs of the service. 

The team at Qudini are super responsive and are a pleasure to work with at all times. As a direct result of the amazing work we have done with Qudini,  our sister company Selfridge's in the UK, has also on-boarded them.

I look forward to scaling our offering with them in the coming months to include paid-for features and events which is in their immediate roadmap.

Using full sized iPads and rollout
Steady WiFi connection

Qudini gave us the opportunity to offer drive-through and remote Click & Collect through their software, which previously was always cost prohibitive due to the amount of development required to our ecommerce checkouts.

The fact that it's unpredictable as sometimes it doesn't register the entry and gives data which you disagree with. I'm sure there should be some technical details behind that, but we in the store are unaware of that

**What problems is Verint Appointment and Queuing Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I mentioned above, it is a valuable tool to set the correct expectations for the cx where they have the flexibility of leaving the store and coming back without fear of losing their number in the queue
