**What do you like best about VerbalScribe?**

I find VerbalScribe easy for our production team to set up and use. It's simple for our congregation to access, with no downloads or installations required. The application being web-based is a huge plus, allowing our volunteer production team to easily convert audio into captions. Our church attendees can effortlessly scan a QR code that opens a webpage where they select their desired language, and the captions or translations are right there on the screen. The onboarding process was well structured and easy to follow. Once we created an account, setting up our first event was almost intuitive and very simple.

**What do you dislike about VerbalScribe?**

Being a church, some of the words spoken by the preacher get translated or captioned incorrectly. It does a good job, but the vocabulary for our context would make VerbalScribe even better.

**What problems is VerbalScribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VerbalScribe helps our church engage non-English speaking families by providing easy-access translations. Our production team, mostly volunteers, can quickly generate captions. It requires no downloads or installations, which makes it straightforward for our congregation to use.

**What do you like best about VerbalScribe?**

I love how easy VerbalScribe is to use. It's accurate and incredibly fast, which amazes me every time. I appreciate that the translation is spot on, and even a person who spoke Hindi verified its correctness. The initial setup was also very easy.  The creators were so gracious to add several languages for us. They responded quickly and had our languages ready to use promptly!

**What do you dislike about VerbalScribe?**

Nothing

**What problems is VerbalScribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VerbalScribe helps me communicate with people in remote parts of India, Nepal, and Burma during conferences.   The translation allows for more accurate communication and better outcomes.
