I love how easy VerbalScribe is to use. It's accurate and incredibly fast, which amazes me every time. I appreciate that the translation is spot on, and even a person who spoke Hindi verified its correctness. The initial setup was also very easy. The creators were so gracious to add several languages for us. They responded quickly and had our languages ready to use promptly!

I find VerbalScribe easy for our production team to set up and use. It's simple for our congregation to access, with no downloads or installations required. The application being web-based is a huge plus, allowing our volunteer production team to easily convert audio into captions. Our church attendees can effortlessly scan a QR code that opens a webpage where they select their desired language, and the captions or translations are right there on the screen. The onboarding process was well structured and easy to follow. Once we created an account, setting up our first event was almost intuitive and very simple.
