I love being able to have a technical support service that when we need it will be there to solve our problems. **What do you dislike about Verba?** Our experience with Verbaha has been really good, and from the beginning we have adapted perfectly to its platform because it is very easy to use and configure. We sincerely like Verba and hope to remain happy with your services. **Recommendations to others considering Verba:** Verba is excellent to be able to have a backup of all the video calls that are made in the organization and without losing the image and audio quality. Honestly, we have obtained very good results and that is why we fully trust Verba. **What problems is Verba solving and how is that benefiting you?** We got Verba on the recommendation of a colleague, and from the beginning we learned to use it, since it is not necessary to be a computer expert to get good results. We always make video calls with Skype for Business, and having the ability to detail calls made with the entire team is the best way to improve day after day. ### 2. I love him ... Honestly the best thing is that it does not need maintenance what we can not save. It is also easy to configure. **What do you dislike about Verba?** I love all Verbal characteristics. I can not remember any disadvantage. **Recommendations to others considering Verba:** I think it is ideal for all work environments that require a product with fantastic recording features. It is simply the best. **What problems is Verba solving and how is that benefiting you?** Verba allows to improve the fluency in the recordings. Previously I did not have any product with such good recording features. ### 3.
