**What do you like best about Verb?**

I like that the product is scalable for our business and is evolving to better serve our needs as we grow

**What do you dislike about Verb?**

The tool is built to meet a long list of our needs, and with that comes some challenges with usability and quickly pulling what is needed.

**What problems is Verb solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Verb provides internal and external facing dashboards with campaign insights

**What do you like best about Verb?**

Verb's drag and drop data modeling visualizations has made it easy for me to communicate efficiently with our engineering team about our data model, both in VERB and in our own back-end system. It's really great. Making graphs/dashboards/etc is super easy.

**What do you dislike about Verb?**

Everything has been smooth so far. Any issues have been resolved quickly by the VERB team.

**What problems is Verb solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Verb is making our reporting to our own customers extremely easy. The built-in system that restricts clients to only seeing their own information, while still being maintained in one database is awesome.

**What do you like best about Verb?**

The drag and drop utility for the boxes allowed me to put pertinent information across the top, then complementary data beneath the "main" section.

**What do you dislike about Verb?**

Enabling a proper integration between our company databases and ingestion from Verb was troublesome only because a level of technical knowledge was required that I simply did not have. I needed a member of our development team to assist rather than your standard "no-code" or "Plug And Play"

**Recommendations to others considering Verb:**

Get a strong grasp on the connection points between your data and a Verb dashboard

**What problems is Verb solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enabling our users to get information faster for their post-event recaps and updates for hierarchy. Having a comprehensive data view allowed us to provide full context to any decision we asked clients to make.
