**What do you like best about VelocityPay?**

We looked to use VelocityPay for credit card payment services, as we are a small business that heavily relied on check payments. The innitial onboarding is very smooth, and feels very personalized, as you get an EBT representitive that helps you with what the costs and setup look like. However, that was the most positive part of the experience.

**What do you dislike about VelocityPay?**

VelocityPay feels very illegitimate. After our innitial onboarding, they insisted we needed to buy our own EBT machine, and they charged a number of fees they were not upfront about during the onboarding process. Their help line after the innitial call hangs up on you, and they charge you for under-utilizing their services and of course fees for each payment. They also have a rediculous number of hoops to jump through in order to cancel services. I highly recommend using a different service!

**What problems is VelocityPay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We stopped using their services, as their POS services and predatory charging services were incredibly subpar.
